This restaurant has, hands down, the best green onion chili oil chicken I have ever eaten! I’m not exaggerating when I say I would pay good money to buy the deliciously fragrant green concoction in huge quantities and put it on everything 哈哈哈

I quite enjoyed the other dishes as well, including the flavorful beef noodle soup 牛肉湯麵 and dougan 豆干, which was the perfect tender consistency to soak up its surrounding sauce.

Food is not bad. The tofu is definitely the signature that the bee hive holes in it soak up lots of marinated juice. Half serving is good enough for one, and costs only NTD20. The noodles and their sauces are normal, nothing secretatively nice, that the prices are certainly way over the standard or the serving. It is popular especially around this neighborhood that groups of families can be seen most of the time. The famous dish over here is that “weird-taste chicken” (weird name, I know), but it’s nothing but weird-tasting, it’s awesome!

Also try the Xiao-long noodle, which appears to be the must-try noodle they have to offer, which tastes really good.
