Tsui Feng Yuan — Restaurant in Songshan District

For full disclosure, I have yet to eat inside the restaurant (in order to practice social distancing). So speaking purely from take-out only (but several days in a roll), this place is really a hidden gem. Located in a dark neighborhood alley, I’d think it’s one of those known only to the locals. Recommended by Michelin. Ordered several of their popular dishes. The taro duck was okay, but the meat was dry and less, mostly taro. The shrimps were small and not much flavors. The other two dishes were average. The restaurant is dated and not as clean. Service staff was ok until we asked one of them to take a picture for us. When we asked her to take the picture closer, she rudely responded "do you want me to take it or do you want to take it yourself". We were shocked. Not good...

The food in this restaurant were amazing. It provides traditional Asian food. We ordered lots of food when we made reservations . Those of dishes you must order before you arriving as taro duck 芋泥鴨。 glass noodle with shrimp 冬粉蝦煲。 scallops tofu 干貝豆腐。crispy chicken 脆皮雞。lamp and vegetables soup 羊肉蔬菜湯。spicy pork 辣排骨, they were delicious. This restaurant was also recommended by Michelin. The price is really decent. We ordered these food, it just around 100 Usd = 3100 ntd....
