這真的不是符合吉野家印象的一次經驗

以前在日本旅行 很常光顧吉野家當旅途中簡易用餐的選擇 簡單、快速、不踩雷 全日本都能維持一定品質 不用太擔心

回來後在台灣吃過一次館前店 與日本印象有落差 不管是口味與份量都是 這次再試了八德店 晚上7:08入店 櫃台內一位員工 廚房區一位男員工 旁邊坐了兩位外帶客人等候 中間點餐區站了一位女士 我緊接後面排隊 約莫三分鐘的等待後 前面女士開口問：「可以點餐嗎？」 櫃台人員回應：「麻煩稍等一下」 這時我身後又來一位女士排隊 又過了五分鐘 後面女士電話響起 然後她很大聲的對話筒說：「我已經等了五分鐘，前面完全沒有動靜，我還沒點到餐，不知道在慢什麼！」 然後她講完電話說不等了就離開 等我點完餐已經是將近二十分鐘過去

點了一份加飯雙拼與泡菜溫泉蛋套餐 有提醒唐揚雞要等八分鐘 我接受 但等了約十五分鐘才拿到餐盤 一咬 唐揚雞是溫的 顏色是炸過頭的深色 份量就是一塊鹽酥雞的大小 豬肉片是溫的 溫泉蛋是涼的 飯是溫的 所以都不是現炸 這樣為什麼還要等十五分鐘？ 因為全店上下只有兩名員工

也不知道什麼時候開始，「乏善可陳」對吉野家來說，就算是稱讚了！ 這回進去店裡，沒多想就跟櫃台的男店員點餐，結果他完全不理會我…後來另一位女店員才出現救援，看來男店員是在專心結帳…好吧…是可以理解結帳要專心… 點了 165 元的熔岩起司牛丼，就是白飯、牛肉、起司…放在一起… 加了 55 元的套餐，有一杯小小杯的檸檬紅茶和迷你茶碗蒸。 茶碗蒸就跟任何一個地方吃到的好吃茶碗蒸一樣好吃，雖說迷你，但茶碗蒸大概就是那個 size。 檸檬紅茶味道就是個很標準的味道，或許是因為外帶要跟迷你茶碗蒸共用杯架，所以沒辦法太大杯，上面的 5 元硬幣是當比例… 所以算是貼心？ 從入門的服務開始，到餐點的價位、味道，處處都是似乎可以理解的不滿足，整個就是個乏善可陳，可有可無。 真懷念同一個位置的吉野家，曾經擁有的窗明几淨、24 小時日式服務，以及即使平價卻是標竿等級口味的牛丼。
