🤔 I actually quite recommend this restaurant, all the dishes is so tasty. First time I came to this place just because nearby my home, and I love 熱炒店,熱炒店mostly delicious, I didn't even know they got Michelin sticker, each dish price not cheap, remember to bring enough money 🤑 💰 when you came here, fried rice is cheap 90NT, watch out, if you order less, such as 1*fried rice,I think you must have a same feeling like me,their service include the boss lady will talk to you with impatient tone service, cause only 90NT in total, oh their service will be a little bit more patient tone when your total order amount at least reach 1000NT, and actually they prepare the food quite long be patient for it, If you came alone the boss lady and service lady will not service nicely, cause they knew 1 person will not order a lot normal, so why do they need to service nicely with patient tone and smile? Absolutely no need, they will service other customers first if they come in group even came late than you cause more people it means total order amount will be more bigger for sure. I have no idea why this restaurant could get Michelin sticker continuously since 2019,2020,2021,2022 Did the Michelin staff never got their bad service when they came to restaurant alone? And if Yes, they got their bad service as well thus this restaurant didn't get Michelin sticker again since 2023, then it is really Fair, they don't deserve it 😕 They need to make improvement on their service first start from the boss lady.

Hopefully this into useful for you. If you ask I recommend or not, actually Yes! for sure 😅 Although I always got impatient and not nice service from them, because their fried rice , 辣子雞丁,龍珠,香菇蚵嗲 and other fried dishes are very delicious, I still return to this place to for take out order and because delicious it makes me always want to try their other dishes which I never eaten before 😂 If I finished try out all the dishes that I want to try, I probably won't come back to this place again coz their service really so bad actually 😔 What do you think guys? Do you agree with me 🤔? Did you get their good service? 餐點確實好吃,但 服務態度確實...差! 差! 差! 差! 真不知 米其林是怎麼得來得 米其林不是很特別看重餐廳服務態度?????(特別打扮成很不起眼的一般民眾,來給餐廳點評的嗎?難道米其林特派員都沒有感受到這家海產店的服務員,包括老闆娘 各個服務 口氣都很差嗎?)都不知道2019,2020,2021,2022 這連續米其林這麼得來的,就光好吃嗎? 是不是因為以上服務態度 差!差!2023 和 2024年 不再獲得 米其林標籤🤔🤭如果是,那米其林特派員總算公正的給分了 要不老闆娘乾脆 寫一個特大板 餐點合計要多少元 免得受氣呀

雖然態度如此的 差!差!差! 我也回來吃 4次了,每一次來受到的服務都是口氣差!差!差!不耐煩 我從第一次路過買外帶,然後再回來4點餐都是外帶,從來不內用,因此老闆娘看我一人來 肯定點餐是不會多 總金額肯定不到超過500元,所以才那麼不耐煩的態度。 但我每一次回來點外帶餐點只會越點越多,點之前吃過的因為好吃,以及再去點點其他餐點看看是否也好吃,

請老闆娘,和其他女服務員,別依貌取人,看是1人來就給不耐態度!!!! 1人來也會點很多菜的好嗎,因為家裡還有很多人會一起吃的。

17:20 到確實還沒開始營業,17:30才開始,老闆娘說,今晚有辦桌,都想推遲到6點才接單,口氣懶得理你,一副看起來只會少量的外單餐點,總金額不高,我就在5:40改用手機點餐,老闆娘接了電話我點,2炒飯,1辣子雞丁,3香菇蚵嗲 (只點1顆香菇蚵嗲是不接單哦,至少要3顆160元/顆)請我6.15來拿餐。還好沒傻傻的等到6點在來店點餐。 這樣合計就要840元。

剛才5.30前親自到店,都遭到老闆娘委婉拒絕的呢,說什麼有辦桌的,我6.15來拿外帶探頭去看餐廳內根本沒座滿呀,還有很多桌空者呢,

此店牆上有好多 明星的簽名哦,周杰倫級別。。。明星來肯定是一群人 總金額吃起來肯定破千萬了

想必餐點至少要破千萬 才會獲的 老闆娘 &...

No booking on a Sat but we managed to snagged a table for three because we arrived 5 mins before opening. Ordered the house specialties like Promfret Rice Vermicelli and Pan fried Pork Liver. Threw in a fried water lilly as well.

Both the vermicelli and the pork liver did not disappoint. The former came in a steel cauldron, enough for 6 persons. It had deep fried egg batter, pork, mushrooms and of course the promfret. The fish was cut into cross section pieces and then deep fried before adding into the soup. Speaking of which, you can ask for more soup if you need.

As for the liver, they we thick sliced and fried with a sweet soya sauce. The timing was critical as the resulting liver slices were slightly crunchy in the outside and powdery on the inside. Close to perfection.

The fried water lily was quite normal. Service was fas and polite. I saw a few more interesting items on the menu and yes, I’ll be back for more in the near...

It was our worst restaurant experience in Taiwan over the past few years. We have visited Taipei four times a year for the past twenty years and have eaten at hundreds of restaurants. This restaurant does not deserve the ratings it has received. DO NOT COME HERE. The service and staff attitude were terrible, and it was pricy. If you don’t order their expensive dishes, they mistreat you. We paid NT$1,800 for a basic meal (no seafood dishes and two vegetable dishes) for the two of us. We ordered one bowl of white rice, and it was as hard as pebbles. When we complained to the waitress, she said, “We cannot do anything, and other tables did not complain.” And she walked away immediately after making that irresponsible and unprofessional remark. If you want to pay a high price and receive a bad attitude and service, this restaurant ranks at the top of the list. There are too many restaurants...

📍 先進海產 UScore: 7.5 (米其林推薦臺菜海鮮) $7560/5 (有收10%服務費,最後去尾 $7500) 連續四年米其林推薦的熱炒店《先進海產》 電話根本打不進去,也超難訂位 外觀非常不起眼, 看起來比遼寧街/長安東那些熱炒店樸素很多 可能店家也沒想到會如此受到米其林的愛戴吧😂 不知道是不是米其林推薦的原因,幾乎每桌不是歪果仁,就是ABC 拜託這間就是一間普通熱炒店⋯請米其林高抬貴手 像是《元味料理》得米其林後根本想吃也吃不到了 🔸 紅糟肉 $280 帶有酒香,有很多評論說是招牌? 我看根本不會點餐然後又嫌紅糟肉跟蚵嗲很普通 老實說這個紅糟肉,跟《金蓬萊》差不多, 就是一道普通的紅糟肉,但是味道絕對不會差。 基隆的《南北小吃》(基隆先進海產🤣)紅糟肉也是厲害。紅糟肉,隨便在市場,像《劉美麗阿角紅燒肉》就是全台北最有特色也是最好吃的了 而《周記鹹粥》或《賣麵炎仔》也僅僅是銅板價 近期吃到也很厲害讓我無法排名的就是《龍泉市場無名麵攤》早上七點去應該就賣完了 所以那些只點了紅糟肉又嫌普通的,到底是看了哪些部落客,然後到底點了什麼菜色? 🔸 烏骨雞 $780/half 這絕對是我目前為止吃到最好吃的烏骨雞了 隨便個白斬雞,居然能如此驚艷全場,讚聲連連 根本不用跑去陽明山吃什麼放山雞啊 雞肉有彈性又多汁,雞胸肉保濕又水嫩 《謙謙雞肉》烏骨雞就夠好吃了,先進還更厲害 《雞家莊》要加油欸😂 《HO TSHU好處餐酒館》的烤”烏骨雞”也很厲害 其他好吃的雞肉《金蓬萊》《施福建》《黑點》《龍泉市場無名麵攤》《龍泉深海鮮魚湯》 🔸 紅喉 $1550 ($100/兩) 紅喉太鮮嫩了,隨便煎都好吃 雖然底部有一點油,但是吃起來真的海味十足 才剛去宜蘭《當代鐵板燒》吃紅喉 $780 先進這尾更加大尾😍 上次《新東南》吃一尾$2000 多 ($90/兩)的日本馬頭魚也很好吃😍 下次再來試試先進的馬頭魚 🔸 烏魚膘 $680 (8.5兩 * $80/兩) 魚膘=白子=精囊=(睪丸),口感像是豆腐、豬腦 炒得不錯,火侯控制得非常精準😍 又鮮又嫩😍 上次《新東南》吃了兩大條的魚膘,好像 $1400 還是花蓮的《欣欣麵館》比較平價😂 🔹 蚵嗲 $300/3 很多人嫌的招牌?蚵嗲?到底是看了什麼部落客介紹⋯⋯ 阿是吃過什麼好吃的蚵嗲?然後點了其他什麼菜啊? 全台灣最好吃的蚵嗲,就在蘆洲《阿熙蚵嗲25年老店》啊 先進的蚵嗲,雖然不是非常厲害,但是絕對特別 以香菇為底搭配韭菜香,肉香,蚵仔鮮美 炸起來 蚵仔還是飽滿又鮮嫩,然後一堆人說普通 到底有沒有品味啊⋯⋯ 啊蚵嗲是能多好吃啦⋯要放一顆$500的法國生蠔? 🔸 清燙沙蝦 $600/11隻 沙蝦清甜,口感沽溜又外脆內嫩,蝦殼超級好剝 是沙蝦(Metapenaeus ensis)不是白蝦(Penaeus vannamei) 跟你在《六必居砂鍋粥》吃到的是一樣的😍 不是那種便宜的冷凍養殖白蝦 新對蝦屬 Metapenaeus (沙蝦) 濱對蝦屬 Litopenaeus vannamei (白蝦) 對蝦屬 Penaeus monodon (草蝦) 沒有知識也要有常識,大家應該都吃得出來吧 🔹 海瓜子 $550 感覺比較像是橫簾蛤屬 Paphia amabilis (山瓜子) 而不是櫻蛤屬 Tellina iridescens (海瓜子) 不管怎樣吃起來好像沒有什麼海味😅 口感是很細嫩啦,就是沒什麼味道 🔸 豬肝 $350 絕對是全台北最好吃的嫩煎豬肝了,相見恨晚啊 屌打《米香》《欣葉》《金蓬萊》 味道跟米香一樣,沒那麼甜 欣葉/金蓬萊,口味比較甜 🔹 燒大腸 $280 口感香酥,可是沒什麼肥腸香味😂,這道普通 處理得太乾淨了啦!是為歪果人跟ABC嗎⋯⋯ 裡面夾的蔥,非常鮮脆清甜欸,不會乾老又嗆辣 🔸 A菜 $150 菊科(Compositae)萵苣屬(Lactuca) Lactuca sativa var. sativa 本島萵苣,萵仔菜,臺語發音為 e- a chhai,固稱A菜 Lactuca sativa Linn 油麥茼蒿,臺語為麥仔菜 原產地中國,在北京俗稱「蒿仔杆」,在台灣稱「大陸妹」 🔸 炒飯 $90*2 炒飯味道不錯又好吃,CP值最高的一道菜😂 不像很多熱炒店炒飯有油膩感,這真的給過給過 🔹 臭豆腐 $200 這臭豆腐 一點也不臭啊😂 根本微辣豆腐吧😂 不錯吃,但是不給過 《新東南》又辣又臭,最臭當然是《小林海產》 《臭老闆》《祥和蔬食》都不太臭,也比先進臭 🔹 絲瓜煎蛋 $250/4粒 絲瓜烘蛋,不錯吃,裡面的少許蔥段也不錯 一定有人會說:煎蛋普通😂 煎蛋確實很普通啊,你我都能自己煎 跟《欣葉》《米香》菜圃蛋比當然是很普通 🔹 牛小排 $450 牛小排就真的是本日最難吃的一道菜了 因為太多油筋,咀嚼相當困難,味道也普普通通 《小林熱炒》雖然偏乾偏硬,但還是牛小排 這個是牛小排炒四季豆,反倒是四季豆炒得不錯 最後結帳時被老板娘稱讚說:你很會點菜喔😂 你是不是很常吃這些?

The food overall was a solid 8.5/10 - the Pork Liver is a must-order! I recommend going with a group as their alcohol selection is quite limited, so I suggest bringing your own. The experience was quite enjoyable; you get to select your ingredients outside with the lady and decide how you want them cooked. The staff were very friendly and engaging. Despite arriving quite late and being initially informed that the pork liver was sold out, they managed to prepare a portion for us by the end of the dinner, and it was divine! Although after the meal I was very very thirsty but it’s fun vibes, highly recommended.

Very great local seafood fair. Served really fresh daily catch fish, clam, prawn and crab. The prawn is still alive and simple Wat to eat it is to boil it, the steam fish is as good, the crab was so good to fry with ginger and speciality of the salted raw clam. Pan fried pig liver was really great and shouldn’t miss. You can also find the poultry - black chicken which is tasty. However, it is quite expensive for a meal here in Taipei for 15 of us that cost us $23000 ! Wow..

📍 先進海產 UScore: 7.5 (米其林推薦臺菜海鮮) $7560/5 (有收10%服務費,最後去尾 $7500) 連續四年米其林推薦的熱炒店《先進海產》 電話根本打不進去,也超難訂位 外觀非常不起眼, 看起來比遼寧街/長安東那些熱炒店樸素很多 可能店家也沒想到會如此受到米其林的愛戴吧😂 不知道是不是米其林推薦的原因,幾乎每桌不是歪果仁,就是ABC 拜託這間就是一間普通熱炒店⋯請米其林高抬貴手 像是《元味料理》得米其林後根本想吃也吃不到了 🔸 紅糟肉 $280 帶有酒香,有很多評論說是招牌? 我看根本不會點餐然後又嫌紅糟肉跟蚵嗲很普通 老實說這個紅糟肉,跟《金蓬萊》差不多, 就是一道普通的紅糟肉,但是味道絕對不會差。 基隆的《南北小吃》(基隆先進海產🤣)紅糟肉也是厲害。紅糟肉,隨便在市場,像《劉美麗阿角紅燒肉》就是全台北最有特色也是最好吃的了 而《周記鹹粥》或《賣麵炎仔》也僅僅是銅板價 近期吃到也很厲害讓我無法排名的就是《龍泉市場無名麵攤》早上七點去應該就賣完了 所以那些只點了紅糟肉又嫌普通的,到底是看了哪些部落客,然後到底點了什麼菜色? 🔸 烏骨雞 $780/half 這絕對是我目前為止吃到最好吃的烏骨雞了 隨便個白斬雞,居然能如此驚艷全場,讚聲連連 根本不用跑去陽明山吃什麼放山雞啊 雞肉有彈性又多汁,雞胸肉保濕又水嫩 《謙謙雞肉》烏骨雞就夠好吃了,先進還更厲害 《雞家莊》要加油欸😂 《HO TSHU好處餐酒館》的烤”烏骨雞”也很厲害 其他好吃的雞肉《金蓬萊》《施福建》《黑點》《龍泉市場無名麵攤》《龍泉深海鮮魚湯》 🔸 紅喉 $1550 ($100/兩) 紅喉太鮮嫩了,隨便煎都好吃 雖然底部有一點油,但是吃起來真的海味十足 才剛去宜蘭《當代鐵板燒》吃紅喉 $780 先進這尾更加大尾😍 上次《新東南》吃一尾$2000 多 ($90/兩)的日本馬頭魚也很好吃😍 下次再來試試先進的馬頭魚 🔸 烏魚膘 $680 (8.5兩 * $80/兩) 魚膘=白子=精囊=(睪丸),口感像是豆腐、豬腦 炒得不錯,火侯控制得非常精準😍 又鮮又嫩😍 上次《新東南》吃了兩大條的魚膘,好像 $1400 還是花蓮的《欣欣麵館》比較平價😂 🔹 蚵嗲 $300/3 很多人嫌的招牌?蚵嗲?到底是看了什麼部落客介紹⋯⋯ 阿是吃過什麼好吃的蚵嗲?然後點了其他什麼菜啊? 全台灣最好吃的蚵嗲,就在蘆洲《阿熙蚵嗲25年老店》啊 先進的蚵嗲,雖然不是非常厲害,但是絕對特別 以香菇為底搭配韭菜香,肉香,蚵仔鮮美 炸起來 蚵仔還是飽滿又鮮嫩,然後一堆人說普通 到底有沒有品味啊⋯⋯ 啊蚵嗲是能多好吃啦⋯要放一顆$500的法國生蠔? 🔸 清燙沙蝦 $600/11隻 沙蝦清甜,口感沽溜又外脆內嫩,蝦殼超級好剝 是沙蝦(Metapenaeus ensis)不是白蝦(Penaeus vannamei) 跟你在《六必居砂鍋粥》吃到的是一樣的😍 不是那種便宜的冷凍養殖白蝦 新對蝦屬 Metapenaeus (沙蝦) 濱對蝦屬 Litopenaeus vannamei (白蝦) 對蝦屬 Penaeus monodon (草蝦) 沒有知識也要有常識,大家應該都吃得出來吧 🔹 海瓜子 $550 感覺比較像是橫簾蛤屬 Paphia amabilis (山瓜子) 而不是櫻蛤屬 Tellina iridescens (海瓜子) 不管怎樣吃起來好像沒有什麼海味😅 口感是很細嫩啦,就是沒什麼味道 🔸 豬肝 $350 絕對是全台北最好吃的嫩煎豬肝了,相見恨晚啊 屌打《米香》《欣葉》《金蓬萊》 味道跟米香一樣,沒那麼甜 欣葉/金蓬萊,口味比較甜 🔹 燒大腸 $280 口感香酥,可是沒什麼肥腸香味😂,這道普通 處理得太乾淨了啦!是為歪果人跟ABC嗎⋯⋯ 裡面夾的蔥,非常鮮脆清甜欸,不會乾老又嗆辣 🔸 A菜 $150 菊科(Compositae)萵苣屬(Lactuca) Lactuca sativa var. sativa 本島萵苣,萵仔菜,臺語發音為 e- a chhai,固稱A菜 Lactuca sativa Linn 油麥茼蒿,臺語為麥仔菜 原產地中國,在北京俗稱「蒿仔杆」,在台灣稱「大陸妹」 🔸 炒飯 $90*2 炒飯味道不錯又好吃,CP值最高的一道菜😂 不像很多熱炒店炒飯有油膩感,這真的給過給過 🔹 臭豆腐 $200 這臭豆腐 一點也不臭啊😂 根本微辣豆腐吧😂 不錯吃,但是不給過 《新東南》又辣又臭,最臭當然是《小林海產》 《臭老闆》《祥和蔬食》都不太臭,也比先進臭 🔹 絲瓜煎蛋 $250/4粒 絲瓜烘蛋,不錯吃,裡面的少許蔥段也不錯 一定有人會說:煎蛋普通😂 煎蛋確實很普通啊,你我都能自己煎 跟《欣葉》《米香》菜圃蛋比當然是很普通 🔹 牛小排 $450 牛小排就真的是本日最難吃的一道菜了 因為太多油筋,咀嚼相當困難,味道也普普通通 《小林熱炒》雖然偏乾偏硬,但還是牛小排 這個是牛小排炒四季豆,反倒是四季豆炒得不錯 最後結帳時被老板娘稱讚說:你很會點菜喔😂 你是不是很常吃這些?

The food overall was a solid 8.5/10 - the Pork Liver is a must-order! I recommend going with a group as their alcohol selection is quite limited, so I suggest bringing your own. The experience was quite enjoyable; you get to select your ingredients outside with the lady and decide how you want them cooked. The staff were very friendly and engaging. Despite arriving quite late and being initially informed that the pork liver was sold out, they managed to prepare a portion for us by the end of the dinner, and it was divine! Although after the meal I was very very thirsty but it’s fun vibes, highly recommended.

Very great local seafood fair. Served really fresh daily catch fish, clam, prawn and crab. The prawn is still alive and simple Wat to eat it is to boil it, the steam fish is as good, the crab was so good to fry with ginger and speciality of the salted raw clam. Pan fried pig liver was really great and shouldn’t miss. You can also find the poultry - black chicken which is tasty. However, it is quite expensive for a meal here in Taipei for 15 of us that cost us $23000 ! Wow..
