It is posted as a michelin bib gourmand restaurant. The dishes are terrible, over sauces and oily. The pear pork rib soup is like an instant soup package with some ingredients. The stir fry beef is hard to chew. The toro duck is like the toro ball stuff with some threaded duck meat. The steam stick tofu is raw and tastes like putting soda powder in your mouth, ruining your taste buds. Sorry to say that, it used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Taiwan. 第一道上御膳烤方⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 我先說,我猜一定有不懂料理的人把A料理跟B料理比較之後,覺得某一道難吃。就像一定有不懂吃人會把這道御膳烤方跟東波肉相比然後差評😆雖然是第一次吃這道料理,但個人覺得京華煙雲的御膳烤方一定是技術好、味道口感也超好的等級👍🏻 它不是東波肉濃厚醬油紹興冰糖慢火紅燒,醬汁是帶有蔬菜甜味的清爽勾芡,不同於一般滷肉,口感上肥與瘦居然能化而為一,瘦肉軟嫩至如肥肉口感般軟嫩;肥肉完全沒了腥味有肉的香,不敢吃東坡肉的肥肉部分的相信御膳烤方的整塊都可以放心享受😎雖比東波肉清淡,口味還是非常下飯,口感更勝之更適合下飯。
煙燻櫻桃鴨胸⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 雖說是煙燻,但煙燻味較淡、鹹度較一般煙燻更適合直接入口,佐的醬料口味也清甜,沾了之後提升了鴨胸在嘴裡的潤滑與肉香,鴨胸十分潤嫩似少女的酥胸詞,可與生鮭魚相比口感,是肉質新鮮且十分軟嫩的鴨胸,很少見。
老酒醉三鮮⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 有名的北方菜,內容物有雪花肉、蝦仁、海參、老薑薄片、筍薄片、長荳、秀珍菇,淡淡的麻油與醬油調味煲煮的料理,完全是怕海參人入門友善料理!海參一般人最喜歡吃有脆度的Q彈,京華煙雲的直接軟嫩化開,留下鮮甜在唇齒,很喜歡老薑與筍片的脆,與秀珍菇的甜!非常下飯!
合菜戴帽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 很像《料理鼠王》的雜菜煲以及《中華一番》的鳳凰水晶般,是在農家家常菜上下功夫端上皇帝面前的宮廷料理!蔥、豆芽菜、豆乾、紅蘿蔔絲等蔬菜醬炒之後包在薄到能透光的蛋皮內,相當漂亮的外表表現出中式廚師的技術與心思,每個蔬菜的脆度口感一致恰到好處,包在與北京烤鴨相似的餅皮內吃非常清爽🥹喜歡吃蔬菜的吃的軟脆剛好的真的會想哭!好好吃
雙喜絲瓜⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 鹹蛋黃與皮蛋與絲瓜煨煮而成的料理,絲瓜的鮮甜淡化了鹹蛋的死鹹,皮蛋的香氣中和了鹹蛋的腥味與絲瓜的菜味,喜歡蛋料理的一定要試試看從沒見過的這道組合!一定不會失望!如果你希望吃到凸顯絲瓜鮮甜的要吃蛤蠣絲瓜或是清炒絲瓜!意外地鹹蛋與皮蛋與絲瓜是這麼適合的搭配,也是很下飯😍
麻婆臭豆腐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 一端上來已經在眼前了還是臭!非常臭!直到吃了第三口才變成香🤣通常一般的臭豆腐近在眼前了會變成香,但它不是!小辣程度而已,香色燙麻嫩都俱足,咀嚼絞肉時發出的肉的香甜搭配上臭豆腐時真的覺得一般的臭豆腐的辣味跟白豆腐輸了😍激推!非常下飯,我們這桌本來怕臭著出去,結果等不小心成了兩次滿滿的!
碧綠海鮮羹⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 小干貝小魚肉片的海鮮清甜被技巧非常好地融入羹湯中,柔和的勾芡與蛋羹帶動鮮甜在嘴裡亂竄,吞下肚時鼻腔漫溢清甜香缺不重口,第二碗加了紅醋使整碗有了清爽解膩開胃的效果,原本吃到湯品就會停手的大家又開始從第一道開始夾起,一羹兩吃非常喜歡😍
