I hadn’t been back for awhile and was NOT disappointed.
Each dish that appeared on the table was tastier than the last. They have such an attention to detail in everything that they do. From the edamame at the start where they trimmed off the hard tips, snipped the pods to single or double pods, AND made sure one side was slightly open so the beans slipped out with minimal sucking (bad description but I’m sure you get it)
The sashimi that arrived was the PERFECT temperature (I’d noted this previous visits and happy they’d kept it up). A lot of places serve sashimi ice cold but here they had it just a little above ice cold but the fish tasted so damn fresh that it showed they timed it perfectly.
The ebi-fry was delicious and the quality of prawn in the dish was so fresh and SWEET. Really liked the fried sweet glutinous rice. Again with their attention to detail showed in the non-greasiness of their fried food… oil temperature control is key and they nailed it.
The beef. Omg. The beef. Perfectly rare, very slightly salted to bring out the meaty flavours and each piece was tender and juicy. I could eat 10 more of that dish.
There was a rice ball and soup at the end of the meal which were so good I scarfed them both down before pictures.
This place is a shining example of an old-school Taiwanese Japanese restaurant and I will definitely go there again...

店內環境是很乾淨的,還有電梯體恤行動不便當客人,樓上空間應該是團體客人,散客看起來是安排在一樓座位區
店員——看起來很像老闆娘等級——非常熱情,初期給人很好的印象,不過後面在我拍照紀錄吃了什麼的時候突然過來貼近並且反應很大的質問,以用餐客人的角度有點失禮且不太舒服,這就是人情味與侵犯隱私的一線之隔吧 只能提醒幸運看到這個評論的人,拍美美的餐點照片會被當技術小偷,要注意
餐點風格味道上個人感覺台式辦桌感滿重的,可能就是想表達這種風格
看到套餐就試試看這個3000元套餐有什麼料,吃完的感覺就是龍蝦套餐,龍蝦應該是不用這麼貴,如果想吃套餐,可以換個價位看看,也許有不同風景;另外市面上也有很多板前也是3000內,不執著龍蝦的話體感會更好
套餐上菜時基本上都不會主動介紹,也是讓人很疑惑的點,客人難道能通靈知道吃了什麼,還是他們對自己的餐點沒有自信介紹?
餐點部份 套餐季節沙拉:個人蠻喜歡這道的混亂感,烏魚子、楊梅、木瓜、鮑魚,要怎麼順序吃呢沒講,大概就是辦桌風格隨便順序吃,所幸這幾項都沒雷點,味道上還不錯
盛合生魚片:那個可能最招牌的黑鮪魚生魚片,本以為口感是像奶油塊一樣順滑,結果有個超大筋在裡面根本咬不斷,本身魚肉可能是剛從冷凍庫拿出來,還有一種沙沙口感,很不ok
龍蝦花雕蒸:這個表現就蠻好的,味道清淡沒有過多的調味,很好的引導出龍蝦肉的Q彈口感跟香氣,尾部的肉也算是很好取出,湯是說可以喝,喝了覺得不喝比較好,單就龍蝦肉是很好的一道料理
黑鮪魚排:不知道為什麼這次跟黑鮪魚沾到邊的料理,表現上都讓人一頭霧水,這個魚排吃的過程其實不知道這道想表現什麼出來,就是一小塊很尷尬的照燒魚肉,如果能單點不推薦
鮭魚卵黃金飯糰:很多評論推薦的是烏魚子黃金飯糰,不是鮭魚卵,鮭魚卵個人覺得味道上沒有特別搭這個飯糰(不夠強烈),外層的黃金飯糰倒是很有識別度,但手拿很燙
松子榴槤茶巾揚:提供了豆皮包著榴槤的炸物、茄子、地瓜,當下吃的感覺很有趣,榴槤獨特的漿感在胡椒跟炸豆皮點綴下很香,但跟直接吃榴槤其實沒太大差別 這三項地瓜是最好吃的
野生大蛤鹽烤:這道上菜也是嚇死我,一顆靜靜的蛤,我覺得我很盤,味道上跟那種一盤的烤蛤蜊差不多,只是單顆比他們大顆

推薦烏魚子飯團手卷,是一道有創意又美味的美食,很有代表性,我是專程來吃的!飯團包了烏魚子,一點蔥,然後炸到金黃色,再用烤過的海苔包起來,魚香味俱全,真的很棒!在其他的店吃不到的。
老闆娘及服務人員都很熱情及用心服務。
當晚很有食慾,生魚片、天婦羅、山藥蛤蜊湯都吃了喝了,大滿足!有幸福感!

I recommend the mullet roe rice ball hand roll, which is a creative and delicious delicacy, very representative. I came here specifically to eat it! The rice ball is filled with mullet roe, a little green onion, fried until golden brown, and then wrapped in toasted seaweed. It has a full fish flavor and is really great! You can't get it in other restaurants.
The lady boss and service staff are very enthusiastic and attentive.
