We have dined here twice and now I feel comfortable to review. A newer yakiniku restaurant that is very high end. The excellent service and very high quality food match the aspiration of the owner (Japanese) and this makes the price tag worth it. Wagyu (Japanese) cuts can send the bill soaring quickly but they deliver on a sublime beef experience. The counter and grills are very high quaility and impeccably maintained. Beef and food quality is worth every penny But service was a whole new level. When they say you will feel as though you were in Japan, they did not lie about that.
The person which grilled my food was named Coco and man she deserve 6 out of 5 for her service. Very attentive and friendly.

|A5日本和牛| 蔥鹽牛舌:薄的牛舌是使用舌中,口感爽脆Q彈,一定要蔥鹽包進去一起吃!!
厚切極致牛舌(鹽味):個人覺得厚切這款比薄的更驚豔,外皮用半烤半煎的方式讓表皮酥脆,但是一咬下裡面還是保有入口即化非常嫩的口感,太太太好吃拉~~

A5日本和牛赤身(醬味):刺身非常嫩而且超多汁,已經先用他們自製的燒肉醬醃過了,所以直接吃也完全沒問題,搭配白飯更是白飯殺手!!
A5日本和牛涮里脊肉(醬味):油汁鮮甜,肥瘦肉相間!這一塊不像字面上的里脊肉,雖然可以吃到瘦肉的口感,但是完全不柴,超級嫩!
特級橫隔膜:是使用澳洲和牛,橫隔膜的肉味相對比較濃郁些,喜歡吃牛的朋友一定愛爆!
烤蔬菜:烤蔬菜有山藥和櫛瓜,櫛瓜是切大概中厚的厚度,所以還保有滿滿的汁!
A5日本和牛涮里脊肉:最後這款完全是視覺味覺雙重體驗呀,光是那個燒烤的火,就知道有多好吃拉!因為油質比較多,所以非常非常嫩,搭配紅土生雞蛋和特製醬汁,跟超級Q軟的白飯一起享用,肉會在口中化開,因為有蛋黃的調節,讓飯和肉融合得很完美~

|湯| 本日精選湯品:牛肉清湯在飯後來一碗真是暖胃,裡面居然還有一塊肉,而且是先烤過的肉,店家非常用心!更特別的是有一塊紳夫,口感就像年糕但又更軟一些!
|甜點| 紅豆湯(熱):紅豆湯是現煮的,紅豆口感綿密但還是保有外層的顆粒口感,因為是日本廚師所以偏甜一些~搭配白玉一起吃剛剛好!白玉超級軟Q,很像是麻吉。
蕨餅:他們家的蕨餅跟在台灣其他地方吃到的不太一樣,口感更Q一些,搭配黃豆粉和黑糖醬,非常香!
|飲品| 富乃寶山(地瓜):很特別的酒,帶有一點柑橘和玫瑰的香氣,是用地瓜釀出來的~ 草莓氣泡燒酒:真的有草莓的果粒,這款可以加燒酒也可以只加氣泡水,非常讚!! 鮮榨葡萄柚氣泡燒酒:現打的葡萄柚,喝起來有一點葡萄柚苦甜感,但又意外的順口解膩。
▶宇治抹茶冰淇淋最中$150元◀ 難得可以吃到最中餅,推薦大家可以點!餅的殼非常酥脆,中間的抹茶冰是使用哈根達斯的,所以抹茶味超級濃郁,而且上面居然還有加蜜紅豆!增加口感~
▶海膽鮭魚卵手卷和牛肉壽司$300元/1貫◀ 超級幸運去的時候剛好有新鮮的海膽,一定要點一貫超浮誇的壽司呀,海膽加上魚子醬和和牛,滿滿幸福又高檔的食材,搭配在一起簡直奢侈呀!
