Although they’re known for their shaved noodles, were found them too bland (even the hot and sour noodles) and too heavy on the noodles, not enough veggies. The steamed dumplings and silver thread buns were not bad, but they weren’t the best I’ve had. I’m not sure why this place gets so busy. Service is pleasant, though. You can also specify that your order be made vegan (other than the three scrambled egg dishes).
