Extremely generous portions seems to be their signature - my bowl of thick tonkotsu ramen came with a mountain of roasted pork, my favorite of which was their stewed pork belly. You get a free noodle refill here too, just in case all that meat somehow wasn't enough.

The broth was just decent, though. It doesn't have much of a pork bone fragrance to it, despite being quite thick. Also was a tad not salty enough for my liking, despite ordering them with the "normal" instead of...

We went there as a group of 5, so we asked if we could combine 2 tables so as we could sit together. The staff just looked at us without responding. So we started to move 2 tables near each other. The staff started to raise his voice saying we couldn’t do that in an unfriendly way. It made us feel we were not welcomed. What a bad experience, we were not happy eating there together....

東京醬油拉麵 超級丸 1. 店內空間足夠，有很多位置，當天平日用餐時段，即可入座。 2. 人手好像不足，只有一位。所以店員滿不爽的😂😂😂 服務態度有待加強。 3. 廚房內，因為能感受到「有味道」，或許是因為料理的風格，只是去過其他間拉麵的開放式，不曾聞過這樣的味道。因為廚房的緣故，店內的悶熱感也許是因為如此，加上厚實的食物，讓人有些煩悶。 這次點的是 🌟限定番 黑蒜焦麻油濃厚拉麵 鹹度：日本鹹 麵條：偏硬 $280 配料：超多叉燒肉、一坨蒜、一坨蔥、一坨生洋蔥、玉米筍、以及焦香的蒜片。可以知道這碗不是這麼好「下嚥」了。 湯頭：上桌時，帶著蒜香🧄的熱氣蒸騰，撲鼻到鼻腔內，感受未攪拌就有的熱情。入口不像中山蘭丸一般，有蔬菜高湯的味道，不到輕鹹有層次，而是蒜末挾帶肉塊滷出的味道，算是有厚度的順口。隨即攪拌後，重口味排山倒樹而來，湯汁有蒜香、蔥辣、洋蔥嗆，需要趁著湯還熱的時候趕快吃，不然鹹度會加倍成長，配合著麵條，很快的能吃完。剩下的湯頭，我只有嘗試一口，很像沾湯一樣濃郁重鹹。 麵條：捲麵，帶湯能力強，配合湯頭，席捲味蕾又減緩了鹹度的攻勢。 🔥叉燒：內軟外脆，表皮居然是脆的！第一次吃到這樣的叉燒，其實很多間幾乎都是有炙熱叉燒，但是超極丸把肉塊的表皮剛剛好的控制在焦苦味出現以前，或許表皮有加上白糖，咬下的時候，皮和肉是半分離的，和鬼金棒的手法有的比拼！肉本體則是鹹香、肌理分明，一層一層的肉條咬開，很颯爽，店家給料有誠意，到最後，我還吃不完。在品嚐的同時，我是選擇瘦肥瘦肥的吃，吃到肥肉時，意外「有個甜味」，讓我很困惑，原來是蒜片受焦之後的甜味！是附著在肉裡頭。 玉米筍：有些普通，還可以再熟一些。 整體風格：不建議中午時段、天氣熱的時候吃，店內環境和食物會讓你吃不下飯。 濃湯派，份量很足、CP值有到，不會特別再訪的店家，希望店內環境能改善。
