Braised beef tendons and tripe in Chu Hou sauce, I love it! honey ham, not bad begonia fruit shumai, just a normal shumai, I can't feel the fruit Japanese chawanmushi, passable homemade liver pate with cookie & cheese, can try shrimp tempura, oily, average Tamagoyaki, sweet is fine but I ain't used to. beef sukiyaki, I shoulde have tried bacon rollup pizza, you can try bbq steak, too tough to chew grilled ham, nice pick souffle pancake, like sponge cake kumquat tart, very sugary pear pie, try twice hazelnut butter cake, puff, ruby mousse, peach whipping cream, cheese souffle cake, brownie, tiramisu, Crème brûlée, Basque cheesecake, and so on, all good assorted cold meats plate, okay Oil Chicken, don't recommand grilled salmon bone, I guess I don't like salmon... excellent spread in each category. hilai harbour has much better desserts--although still not hotel quality--than its competitor (such as eattogether).

german pork knuckle was a slight disappointment because whilst the skin looked crispy, it was not. it was very tender though.

sashimi (which includes salmon and tuna) was reasonably fresh.

dessert recommendations include portuguese tarts, strawberry cake, and the opera like cake.

Bassett's ice cream is overrated in our opinion and lacked the sophistication of a premium ice cream such as haagen dazs and mövenpick.

-1 star for above mentioned plus the fact that they don't start seating you until the start time which means you're not actually getting the full amount of time to eat, especially if you are at the back of the line (waiting to be seated). a more fair thing to do is to seat everyone before the start time and have people wait until the start time to...

Foods: very nice quality, well cooked and designed menu. Also there are a lot of choices from Chinese, Western to Japanese. Location: locates at Sogo 16F, share the parking lots downstairs with the department store. Can see the city view at window tables, but not much to see from this building actually. Services: the service is excellent, very prompt clean up and serving foods in time. But the only complaint is that they are really rush people in at the reservation time.
