The space is set in a preserved historical building. The server explained the concept behind the decor and the restaurant’s objective to create a comfortable space.

😋 The dishes are full of innovation and fun details. Most importantly, they taste delicious and you will be full by the end of the meal (don’t be deceived by the small portions 😂).

🍷 Interesting wine pairing and we appreciate the flexibility of the sommelier in accommodating our preferences. It would have been great to have a wider wine list (for ordering by the bottle), but I understand the restaurant’s desire to create a curated experience where they can control the pairing.

Overall an enjoyable fine dining restaurant that I would recommend. The house made fortune cookies was a fun touch to wrap up the meal 🥠

We sometimes refer to restaurants as being a gem, and if this term has any validation and accuracy, then this gorgeous restaurant certainly is a diamond. This is superbly prepared food, with exquisite ingredients, and presented by very capable and charming people in beautiful surroundings, and the price is right as well.

Absolutely scrumptious homemade bread, with homemade miso butter and a salty citrus pineapple jam, followed by one of the most beautiful salads I've ever had as an appetizer, with grilled squid and bamboo shoots and tender leaves and wonderfully yummy dressing, and that is followed by one of the most tender pork hind leg bones I've ever eaten, again beautifully seasoned and dressed, and served with juicy grilled vegetables.

A cup of tea and a banana madeline finished one of the most memorable meals I've had in a long time. Make a reservation early, they have limited seating, and be guided through a western influenced Taiwanese brunch like no other in this...

2024.07點石 這季的套餐主題點石,相比於過往看起來樸素得多——把食材做成好吃的餐點,簡直就是沒有主題😆。但話又說回來,美味本就是一家餐廳強而有力(如果不是最強)的表述。褪去粼粼那季層疊的故事與想像,點石這季好像什麼都沒說出口,但更純熟細膩的食材處理、更和諧俐落的風味搭配、臺灣的風土與時令,都透過菜色確實地傳達到了心中。在澀吃過了三季,這次不論餐點、pairing或服務,都讓人覺得更勝以往,或許也因為這樣,吃飯到一半時還一度感動得眼眶泛淚,最後忍不住向外場稱讚了一遍又一遍,這季確實是點石成金。 芭樂 迎賓飲料,取材自辦桌的芭樂汁,用整顆芭樂萃取,加入包種茶、甘草,再點綴越南胡椒葉,嗅聞有明顯的草本氣息,入口是飽滿的芭樂香氣,一點清涼的氣泡感,非常適合夏日。 梅子黑糖脆片 隨迎賓飲料上了小小的脆餅,喜歡黑糖的沉穩香氣和一點鹹味。 芒果 甜蝦芒果塔,用上新鮮芒果、芒果汁凍和芒果醬,入口更搶眼的是蝦肉極甜,紫蘇香氣飽滿,芒果果香幽微,但確實的讓整體風味更豐富融洽。 鹹蛋糕 做成小巧的泡芙狀,嗅聞有木柴香氣,口感酥鬆,內餡的鹹味和外殼的烘烤風味很搭,比起傳統鹹蛋糕那種海綿蛋糕體更加適合。 裸麥酸種麵包 以往幾次都是豆漿麵包,總覺得偏弱,這次終於換了,外殼蠻脆,內裡偏濕軟,咀嚼透出酸香,蠻喜歡黑蒜味噌奶油的發酵豆香。 涼筍 用澎湖的牡蠣和豆腐,加上白山葵做成的慕斯,本身牡蠣的鮮味濃郁,但中段出現的淡淡山葵辛辣,讓醬汁輕盈不少。菜盤有水果筍、川七包裹的馬祖淡菜、海葡萄和琉璃苣,菜盤品質都好,筍細緻清甜,川七滑口帶點苦,淡菜口感彈牙。應該是這餐最喜歡的一道。 第一杯搭餐酒 Eric Bordelet Poiré Authentique 用20種梨子釀造,有圓熟的李子香氣和明亮酸度,口感清爽的開場。搭餐也讓鮮濃的海味爽口許多 第一杯mocktail 香片/熱帶水果/乳酸/ 用了百香果和發酵鳳梨、白芥茉再打入氣泡,入口先是發酵水果的香氣,後段透出一股養樂多味,搭餐略甜濃些。 蔴芛 最底下是地瓜蒸蛋,淋上用絲瓜蛤蜊、小魚乾和蔴芛做的湯汁,加上櫛瓜球和炸過的吻仔魚,將台中人煮蔴芛湯時會配的地瓜、吻仔魚都放了進來,但蒸蛋沒太多地瓜味,喜歡炸吻仔魚的椒鹽香氣、櫛瓜增添的脆口,還有咀嚼透出的蔴芛清苦滋味。 在澀用餐過3次,次次都有蔴芛,好奇問了是不是必備食材,才發現我每次都是在蔴芛出產的夏季過來用餐,下次得換個季節看看不同面貌😆 第二杯搭餐酒 Slowave 窨香粟酒 似乎沒有在一般通路販售,用含笑花薰香的小米酒,嗅聞的花香非常鮮明,入口是飽滿的果香。 第二杯mocktail 煎茶/蔬果汁/抹茶 入口茶香很飽滿,但不濃不苦,用蔬果汁和芭樂葉創造清爽口感。 亞麻籽豬 將亞麻籽豬熟成後燒烤,豬肉口感柔軟,油脂的香氣也很好;醬汁用了黑胡椒、五香醋和仙草,仙草很好的柔和了醋的酸度,增添沉穩的香氣,胡椒下得不重,但很好的展現台味;豬肉上頭放了醃漬蓮藕,酸香脆口,灑上核桃粉更是畫龍點睛的帶出溫暖香氣,和舞菇、豬肉的燒烤風味相得益彰。較為厚重的燒烤風味,搭配有水果氣息的餐酒和mocktail也很合拍。 以往澀在肉料理上總是讓我覺得明顯短版,但這道菜表現得自信又俐落,每個元素都恰如其分,無一絲冗餘,令人驚艷。 第三杯搭餐酒 用下面三種酒調製 末廣 熟成純米大吟釀-流轉 鳳凰美田 芳醇杏桃酒 北海道十勝 白蘭地梅酒 嗅聞是很濃的紹興味,入口則是梅子和杏桃香氣為主。 值得一提的是未廣的流轉是從1989年熟成至今的清酒,雖沒有放進木桶,但外觀已成琥珀色,好奇要了兩小杯試飲,聞起來也是濃烈的紹興味,降至常溫後飲用則有很棒的巧克力和堅果香氣。 第三杯mocktail 伯爵紅茶/綜合香料/羅望子 聞起來有蠻重的印度香料氣息,入口是羅望子的酸和伯爵紅茶的柑橘香。 海魚 油淋秋菇看似單純,但配合魚身、魚尾的厚度不同,讓較厚的魚身保留一點彈脆和魚皮的Q度,較薄的魚尾肉質則極其細嫩;醬汁是柑橘和巴西里風味;餐點還有一碗魚湯,喜歡入口的馬告酸香,輕柔暖胃。 粥 用雞湯熬粥,搭配切丁的鴨賞、烤茭白筍,和一塊腐乳巴斯克蛋糕;喜歡鴨賞帶來的彈牙口感和燻烤香氣,不過腐乳巴斯克有點太甜,壓過了腐乳的發酵豆香,感覺直接放塊豆腐乳的效果應該更好些。 薩索雞 上桌時氤氳的燒烤香氣,是屬於在澀用餐的嗅覺記憶。薩索雞腿刷上黃芥末碳烤,肉質甜嫩;配菜的芥菜花脆而清甜,烤雞心更是驚人的軟嫩,和一旁的草菇不止長的像,口感也有些相仿😆 第四杯搭餐酒 食禾 源燒酌 用台南13號米製成的燒酌,有股烤過的巧克力蛋糕香氣,有趣之外,烘焙的香氣和雞肉的燒烤香氣蠻搭,也帶出更多雞肉甜味。 第四杯mocktail 炭焙烏龍/烏梅/柳橙 嗅聞就是明顯的碳焙香氣,入口有烏梅的煙燻感,還有沉穩的柳橙香氣,單喝很棒,搭餐雖也用煙燻感呼應,但比燒酌遜色些。 苦瓜 紫蘇梅醃漬的苦瓜,入口先是紫蘇香氣,繼而透出淡淡苦甘,底下是白啤酒凍和甘蔗冰沙,還有股蜂蜜和花香,很優雅的清口。 玉蘭花 粽香米布丁,包在粽葉裡上菜,還保留一些米粒在裡頭,嗅覺和味覺上也是十足的鹼粽滋味;一旁是香片玉蘭花冰淇淋,入口花香柔美,應該是我吃過最輕盈雅緻的冰淇淋,上頭的豆薯片也脆甜,做出口感變化。 遲到也有 桂圓蛋糕/荔枝琥珀羹 呼應早到才有的迎賓芭樂飲料,這裡是遲到也有的petit four,巧克力桂圓蛋糕,上頭是杏仁奶霜,看起來簡單,但帶點脆殼的蛋糕、濃郁的巧克力和桂圓香氣我都好喜歡。 荔枝琥珀羹 這道就稍微平淡些,琥珀羹有些鬆散,不大方便食用,入口就是可以想像的荔枝香氣,不過童趣的雲朵造型蠻可愛。 水果盤 本以為水果盤就是簡單收尾,沒想到蘋果入口有著迷人的白花香,水梨也細嫩至極,原來都做了醃漬處理,這種處處計較的用心,正是澀讓人感動之處。 最後的最後,送上今日菜單的同時,附上兩片仙草迷迭香餅乾作為小禮物讓人帶走,簡單小巧,但也是讓人感到窩心。 2023.07 粼粼 餐廳今年搬家後第一次造訪,空間的主色調變成了深深的藍綠色,半圓的空間配上波浪狀的木作天花板,像山也像海;雖說整體比起舊址寬敞許多,但座位僅從14個變為16個,更多空間留給了餐桌間的餘裕,還有廚房和調飲區 服務人員熟稔菜色,但略有些背誦感,又開餐時便說明這季是以餐廳夥伴的回憶為主軸,不過部分菜色卻漏未說明呼應的回憶是什麼,體驗上會稍嫌有些斷裂 餐點部分主廚仍很擅長運用香氣和苦味,蔬菜部分的呈現更是令人驚艷;不過部分餐點主軸有些不明確,或者執行上有些缺憾,似沒有明顯感受套餐價格調高帶來的體驗提升(但道數是略有增加的),不過作為少數用筷子吃的台味fine dining餐廳,整體仍特色鮮明,值得造訪 2022.09 一刻 餐廳很小,只有4張桌子,14個位子,但裝潢溫暖舒適;服務人員介紹口條自然親切,餐後還會主動聊聊對今日用餐的想法,很親近又討喜的外場體驗;餐點品質很好,各種元素銜接的條理清晰,整套菜單除了主甜點外的整體感也不錯,甚至食器挑選也非常用心,值得一試 餐廳只營業到明年1月15日,之後就會大休換地點了,想吃要趁早

This is superbly prepared food, with exquisite ingredients, and presented by very capable and charming people in beautiful surroundings, and the price is right as well. Absolutely scrumptious homemade bread, with homemade miso butter and a salty citrus pineapple jam, followed by one of the most beautiful salads I've ever had as an appetizer, with grilled squid and bamboo shoots and tender leaves and wonderfully yummy dressing, and that is followed by one of the most tender pork hind leg bones I've ever eaten, again beautifully seasoned and dressed, and served with juicy grilled vegetables. A cup of tea and a banana madeline finished one of the most memorable meals I've had in a long time. Make a reservation early, they have limited seating, and be guided through a western influenced Taiwanese brunch like no other in this city. 👏🫰👏

2024.07點石 這季的套餐主題點石,相比於過往看起來樸素得多——把食材做成好吃的餐點,簡直就是沒有主題😆。但話又說回來,美味本就是一家餐廳強而有力(如果不是最強)的表述。褪去粼粼那季層疊的故事與想像,點石這季好像什麼都沒說出口,但更純熟細膩的食材處理、更和諧俐落的風味搭配、臺灣的風土與時令,都透過菜色確實地傳達到了心中。在澀吃過了三季,這次不論餐點、pairing或服務,都讓人覺得更勝以往,或許也因為這樣,吃飯到一半時還一度感動得眼眶泛淚,最後忍不住向外場稱讚了一遍又一遍,這季確實是點石成金。 芭樂 迎賓飲料,取材自辦桌的芭樂汁,用整顆芭樂萃取,加入包種茶、甘草,再點綴越南胡椒葉,嗅聞有明顯的草本氣息,入口是飽滿的芭樂香氣,一點清涼的氣泡感,非常適合夏日。 梅子黑糖脆片 隨迎賓飲料上了小小的脆餅,喜歡黑糖的沉穩香氣和一點鹹味。 芒果 甜蝦芒果塔,用上新鮮芒果、芒果汁凍和芒果醬,入口更搶眼的是蝦肉極甜,紫蘇香氣飽滿,芒果果香幽微,但確實的讓整體風味更豐富融洽。 鹹蛋糕 做成小巧的泡芙狀,嗅聞有木柴香氣,口感酥鬆,內餡的鹹味和外殼的烘烤風味很搭,比起傳統鹹蛋糕那種海綿蛋糕體更加適合。 裸麥酸種麵包 以往幾次都是豆漿麵包,總覺得偏弱,這次終於換了,外殼蠻脆,內裡偏濕軟,咀嚼透出酸香,蠻喜歡黑蒜味噌奶油的發酵豆香。 涼筍 用澎湖的牡蠣和豆腐,加上白山葵做成的慕斯,本身牡蠣的鮮味濃郁,但中段出現的淡淡山葵辛辣,讓醬汁輕盈不少。菜盤有水果筍、川七包裹的馬祖淡菜、海葡萄和琉璃苣,菜盤品質都好,筍細緻清甜,川七滑口帶點苦,淡菜口感彈牙。應該是這餐最喜歡的一道。 第一杯搭餐酒 Eric Bordelet Poiré Authentique 用20種梨子釀造,有圓熟的李子香氣和明亮酸度,口感清爽的開場。搭餐也讓鮮濃的海味爽口許多 第一杯mocktail 香片/熱帶水果/乳酸/ 用了百香果和發酵鳳梨、白芥茉再打入氣泡,入口先是發酵水果的香氣,後段透出一股養樂多味,搭餐略甜濃些。 蔴芛 最底下是地瓜蒸蛋,淋上用絲瓜蛤蜊、小魚乾和蔴芛做的湯汁,加上櫛瓜球和炸過的吻仔魚,將台中人煮蔴芛湯時會配的地瓜、吻仔魚都放了進來,但蒸蛋沒太多地瓜味,喜歡炸吻仔魚的椒鹽香氣、櫛瓜增添的脆口,還有咀嚼透出的蔴芛清苦滋味。 在澀用餐過3次,次次都有蔴芛,好奇問了是不是必備食材,才發現我每次都是在蔴芛出產的夏季過來用餐,下次得換個季節看看不同面貌😆 第二杯搭餐酒 Slowave 窨香粟酒 似乎沒有在一般通路販售,用含笑花薰香的小米酒,嗅聞的花香非常鮮明,入口是飽滿的果香。 第二杯mocktail 煎茶/蔬果汁/抹茶 入口茶香很飽滿,但不濃不苦,用蔬果汁和芭樂葉創造清爽口感。 亞麻籽豬 將亞麻籽豬熟成後燒烤,豬肉口感柔軟,油脂的香氣也很好;醬汁用了黑胡椒、五香醋和仙草,仙草很好的柔和了醋的酸度,增添沉穩的香氣,胡椒下得不重,但很好的展現台味;豬肉上頭放了醃漬蓮藕,酸香脆口,灑上核桃粉更是畫龍點睛的帶出溫暖香氣,和舞菇、豬肉的燒烤風味相得益彰。較為厚重的燒烤風味,搭配有水果氣息的餐酒和mocktail也很合拍。 以往澀在肉料理上總是讓我覺得明顯短版,但這道菜表現得自信又俐落,每個元素都恰如其分,無一絲冗餘,令人驚艷。 第三杯搭餐酒 用下面三種酒調製 末廣 熟成純米大吟釀-流轉 鳳凰美田 芳醇杏桃酒 北海道十勝 白蘭地梅酒 嗅聞是很濃的紹興味,入口則是梅子和杏桃香氣為主。 值得一提的是未廣的流轉是從1989年熟成至今的清酒,雖沒有放進木桶,但外觀已成琥珀色,好奇要了兩小杯試飲,聞起來也是濃烈的紹興味,降至常溫後飲用則有很棒的巧克力和堅果香氣。 第三杯mocktail 伯爵紅茶/綜合香料/羅望子 聞起來有蠻重的印度香料氣息,入口是羅望子的酸和伯爵紅茶的柑橘香。 海魚 油淋秋菇看似單純,但配合魚身、魚尾的厚度不同,讓較厚的魚身保留一點彈脆和魚皮的Q度,較薄的魚尾肉質則極其細嫩;醬汁是柑橘和巴西里風味;餐點還有一碗魚湯,喜歡入口的馬告酸香,輕柔暖胃。 粥 用雞湯熬粥,搭配切丁的鴨賞、烤茭白筍,和一塊腐乳巴斯克蛋糕;喜歡鴨賞帶來的彈牙口感和燻烤香氣,不過腐乳巴斯克有點太甜,壓過了腐乳的發酵豆香,感覺直接放塊豆腐乳的效果應該更好些。 薩索雞 上桌時氤氳的燒烤香氣,是屬於在澀用餐的嗅覺記憶。薩索雞腿刷上黃芥末碳烤,肉質甜嫩;配菜的芥菜花脆而清甜,烤雞心更是驚人的軟嫩,和一旁的草菇不止長的像,口感也有些相仿😆 第四杯搭餐酒 食禾 源燒酌 用台南13號米製成的燒酌,有股烤過的巧克力蛋糕香氣,有趣之外,烘焙的香氣和雞肉的燒烤香氣蠻搭,也帶出更多雞肉甜味。 第四杯mocktail 炭焙烏龍/烏梅/柳橙 嗅聞就是明顯的碳焙香氣,入口有烏梅的煙燻感,還有沉穩的柳橙香氣,單喝很棒,搭餐雖也用煙燻感呼應,但比燒酌遜色些。 苦瓜 紫蘇梅醃漬的苦瓜,入口先是紫蘇香氣,繼而透出淡淡苦甘,底下是白啤酒凍和甘蔗冰沙,還有股蜂蜜和花香,很優雅的清口。 玉蘭花 粽香米布丁,包在粽葉裡上菜,還保留一些米粒在裡頭,嗅覺和味覺上也是十足的鹼粽滋味;一旁是香片玉蘭花冰淇淋,入口花香柔美,應該是我吃過最輕盈雅緻的冰淇淋,上頭的豆薯片也脆甜,做出口感變化。 遲到也有 桂圓蛋糕/荔枝琥珀羹 呼應早到才有的迎賓芭樂飲料,這裡是遲到也有的petit four,巧克力桂圓蛋糕,上頭是杏仁奶霜,看起來簡單,但帶點脆殼的蛋糕、濃郁的巧克力和桂圓香氣我都好喜歡。 荔枝琥珀羹 這道就稍微平淡些,琥珀羹有些鬆散,不大方便食用,入口就是可以想像的荔枝香氣,不過童趣的雲朵造型蠻可愛。 水果盤 本以為水果盤就是簡單收尾,沒想到蘋果入口有著迷人的白花香,水梨也細嫩至極,原來都做了醃漬處理,這種處處計較的用心,正是澀讓人感動之處。 最後的最後,送上今日菜單的同時,附上兩片仙草迷迭香餅乾作為小禮物讓人帶走,簡單小巧,但也是讓人感到窩心。 2023.07 粼粼 餐廳今年搬家後第一次造訪,空間的主色調變成了深深的藍綠色,半圓的空間配上波浪狀的木作天花板,像山也像海;雖說整體比起舊址寬敞許多,但座位僅從14個變為16個,更多空間留給了餐桌間的餘裕,還有廚房和調飲區 服務人員熟稔菜色,但略有些背誦感,又開餐時便說明這季是以餐廳夥伴的回憶為主軸,不過部分菜色卻漏未說明呼應的回憶是什麼,體驗上會稍嫌有些斷裂 餐點部分主廚仍很擅長運用香氣和苦味,蔬菜部分的呈現更是令人驚艷;不過部分餐點主軸有些不明確,或者執行上有些缺憾,似沒有明顯感受套餐價格調高帶來的體驗提升(但道數是略有增加的),不過作為少數用筷子吃的台味fine dining餐廳,整體仍特色鮮明,值得造訪 2022.09 一刻 餐廳很小,只有4張桌子,14個位子,但裝潢溫暖舒適;服務人員介紹口條自然親切,餐後還會主動聊聊對今日用餐的想法,很親近又討喜的外場體驗;餐點品質很好,各種元素銜接的條理清晰,整套菜單除了主甜點外的整體感也不錯,甚至食器挑選也非常用心,值得一試 餐廳只營業到明年1月15日,之後就會大休換地點了,想吃要趁早
