Still the best Szechuan-style Spicy Hotpot in Taichung in my opinion. The flavor is more authentic as opposed to other brands which tend to localize the flavor by dropping the spicy level or adding less oil to make it more "healthy". It's not as spicy as the actual ones in China but the punch is there.
Quality food at that price, while some other popular brands along Gongyi Road tend to emphasize on the decor and really skimp on the quality and quantity of food. Free-flow of duck's blood and tofu, as with the others. Hotpot comes with a spicy cellophane noodles appetizer, which is more sour than spicy but really kickstarts the meal!
