This is another one of those many Taichung City absolutely-have-to-eat-once-a-month kind of places for me. The service is efficient and friendly, the chicken is tender and lots of it, and served with rice, a fried egg, two different kinds of vegetables, and unlimited chicken broth that you can get yourself, as well as a fantastic spicy and non-spicy salsa. Prepare to wait for 30 to 45 minutes, pretty much every time they open, but it's absolutely worth it, and this whole meal only...

2025/02決定列入拒絕再去的店家。

部分店員態度越來越糟，櫃檯沒有先說明入座不能換位子，我人都還沒坐下剛好有人離開所以順口問是否能坐進來，櫃檯的小姐像法官一樣大聲批判給所有人聽，直接站在櫃檯打算和我吵到底，期間不斷大聲重複「會影響後面客人權益」「會影響其他客人」

我詢問下一個接著點餐的那位是要外帶，所以到底影響誰了？？？ 妳那鬼態度才嚴重影響用餐的人。 這中間的過程甚至還有內場的人跑出來看熱鬧、訕笑？？？...

Honestly, I did not really feel this is Hainan chicken rice. But it is a delicious chicken rice for sure. Price is reasonable. Chicken soup is free and good. Thai milk tea smells good. However, if you like sweet, you may want to add some more...

2025/02決定列入拒絕再去的店家。 部分店員態度越來越糟，櫃檯沒有先說明入座不能換位子，我人都還沒坐下剛好有人離開所以順口問是否能坐進來，櫃檯的小姐像法官一樣大聲批判給所有人聽，直接站在櫃檯打算和我吵到底，期間不斷大聲重複「會影響後面客人權益」「會影響其他客人」 我詢問下一個接著點餐的那位是要外帶，所以到底影響誰了？？？ 妳那鬼態度才嚴重影響用餐的人。 這中間的過程甚至還有內場的人跑出來看熱鬧、訕笑？？？ 請問這是什麼社底店員聚集店🥹 —————————————————— 下面可以不用參考了，餐點也退步超多！ 隨便買哪家海南雞飯都比來這裡值得🙃 —————————————————— 海南雞飯是好吃的！但用餐體驗（尤其是外場人員的應對進退）還是有很大的改善空間… 先說餐點本身： 雞肉、雞湯和幾種醬料（蔥鹽醬、泰式醬、偏甜的油膏和辣椒）都處理得很好，入口不會有雞的腥臭味，食材吃得出很新鮮且調味清爽不會蓋過食材本身的味道。 雞湯見底後很勤的更換，避免讓客人喝到最後的雜質和油。今天從點餐到用餐結束共花了90分鐘，期間就看到店家更換了三桶湯，這細節可見經營者很用心！ 排隊部分雖然店家規則稍多，多去幾次後還是可以理解的！稍嫌不足的就是部分外場人員被教育得墨守成規、不知變通，影響到用餐感受和對餐點、環境的好感度。 - 其中一次用餐，兩人排到內用的位子後，發現是安排在室內唯一一張小桌，當天除了有包包還有一些手提袋，在沒有任何置物空間的情況下，除了放身上外只能堆放到桌上… 於是在隔壁四人桌離開後，禮貌地詢問外場人員「因為今天東西實在太多，若下一組不是3-4人，可否讓我們移過去呢？」 店員甚至還沒聽完整段話，直接劈頭說：「不能更換位子喔！都有說過喔！」 本想著「的確，而且四人桌留給較多人是合理的！」 沒想到，接著進來的只有單獨一位客人… 見他一個人坐著四人桌，三張椅子都空的，我們卻是大包小包放在身上+桌上，努力擠出可以吃飯、放置醬料和湯碗的空間，雖知是規則之一，但還是越吃越不解。 了解店家制定規則是為了讓所有流程建立統一的SOP，避免因為忙碌時不同的情況造成麻煩。 但若現場人員不能因應狀況「合理的」「適度的」應對進退，久了之後反而會讓真心喜歡你們餐點的人因此感到退卻。

Honestly, I did not really feel this is Hainan chicken rice. But it is a delicious chicken rice for sure. Price is reasonable. Chicken soup is free and good. Thai milk tea smells good. However, if you like sweet, you may want to add some more condensed milk.
