#簡瑋廷 我是吃臭豆腐成癡，誰在跟你同業攻擊，你吃不出來，是你吃的臭豆腐不夠多，味覺靈敏度不好，味覺這種東西是講求天份的。以加盟連鎖的臭豆腐來說，除了東東臭豆腐是直接用未稀釋的素蠔油以外(這種醬就沒什麼好說的了)，再來就是川東味，是我吃過最鹹的臭豆腐，我以為高樹廣興的32度鹹是第一名，結果還出現了一家40度的加盟奇葩。雖然在台中的臭豆腐工廠和食品工廠約有10家左右，但口味合格，能供應台中的臭豆腐工廠就那麼四~五家，每家味道都有不同，只要你吃的臭豆腐夠多，光你炸出來的臭味，大概有八成以上的機率可以猜到是哪一家出來的了，醬油就只有素蠔油的單配方味道而已，這樣有什麼難判斷的。

再來是店家川東味，所謂好吃名店有三要素，位置好，風味獨特，鹹甜度剛好，我都不相信你們的朋友中沒有認識廚師或是餐飲科系的人，你把這樣的醬料拿去給他們鑒定，他們沒有打你的頭才奇怪，八成名店的口味都是客人指教慢慢修正出來的，你以為他們剛開始出來口味就那麼好嗎，都是時間鍛鍊出來的，何況你川東味是家連鎖店，如果說，...

臭豆腐王子的店在日新街跟在梅川東路交叉口的臭豆腐王子，高調招牌大又顯眼，但座位數很少，開放式路邊座位。 價格不是便宜貨，黑白臭豆腐非基改一盤綜合8塊120元。炸起來是好吃，不過我吃不出來跟基改的有什麼不一樣。黑豆臭豆腐就是外表新奇的臭豆腐。 老闆人很好，上菜很快。 這價位雖說負擔得起不過應該是台中最高級價位的臭豆腐了✔️。 點了還一個招牌米糕。米糕很多蓮子在裡面，老人家會喜歡覺得高級養生感，不過米糕上面素燥素肉燥含太多愛之味沙茶醬（我一吃便知，畢竟從小食用到大店主號稱的特製淋醬也是愛之味甜辣醬加上米醬混制而成。 此店炸物不少，沒有點完，有點類似素食鹹酥雞店加賣臭豆腐的意思。店名取王子我以為會有王子麵可以點不過並沒有。 推薦一個素蚵哆，上菜後看起來炸的很醜陋不過吃起來是很好吃的，有點意外😂😂 菜卷炸的太含油，裏面很濕。不推薦。 下次來吃看看他的麵線糊。 以上是推薦給素食朋友的真心話。
