There are a few French style bakeries around and this is by far my favorite for a few reasons!

I cannot overstate how friendly and accommodating the wonderful staff is. I am a vegan and they are always very professional by showing me what I can and cannot consume without making me feel like a nuisance. They have treated me with respect, care and kindness every single time.

The place is beautiful and kept very clean. The kitchen is one of the most professional kitchens I have seen on the island and am jealous of it.

They have a wide variety of sourdough breads, including a plain, simple not fancy sourdough loaf which is very rare to find in my area.

My only complaint, which isn't really a complaint, is I wish they had more vegan options for me to buy because skill of this level on the island is a rare find and I would love to experience more of the chefs creations. Here's to hoping!

The bread are nice. All the ingredients selected by the shop are impressive. My favorite pick is all the bread made by AOP butter. The smell of the are super nice. Crossiant are crispy and served in a warm condition.

Quiche is my always favorite. This time picked the spinach tuna one. Not sure whether they serve the traditional onion egg quiche.

Dessert is fantastic as predicted. The place is spacious, clean and tidy. Also, all the staff are gentle and nice. Well match and recommendation for the dishes.

The price for the dishes are reasonable. As the chef did well pick all of that. Even the mustard mayo is handmade 😂 just like what I tried in Paris. Guess the chef Oliver is a French.

New launched French bakery with brunch restaurant. It’s exceptional great quality of food and cuisine. Elegant quinoa avocado fruit salad has beautiful display and balance mix with sauce . Beef bourguignon with the small baguette is well prepared and tender with layered tastes are fantastic. Bakery are also authentic and sincere. Love it!
