這家店是我幾乎一週吃一次的固定眷村美食。
主餐我常吃的有紅燒牛肉麵、水餃、乾麵、嗆鍋湯麵、牛肉燴飯等等。份量適合大食客挑戰,其中牛肉麵大碗的似乎是用臉盆大小的碗裝,適合正常食量的三~四人分食。特別的地方是,牛肉紅燒湯頭裡有用香菜畫龍點睛地提味,跟一般的牛肉麵店較為不同。
乾麵都附有二到三片的叉燒肉、一顆滷蛋、青蔥跟底下滿滿的油蔥,嚐起來順口不膩,一口接著一口。
嗆鍋湯麵裡總是有滿滿的料:魚板、蛤仔、蕃茄、白肉片、蛋花、蒜苗、魚丸等豪邁配料給的不手軟!湯頭香甜風味獨特,湯、麵跟所有的食材都有其存在的必要,整體食感優秀,達到完美平衡,推薦!
水餃大顆,只有韭菜口味,水準之上!
功夫菜方面我只點過獅子頭,搭配勾芡白菜上桌,相當適合搭配乾麵!好好食啊!
滷味選擇多樣,我常吃的有香腸、雞捲、海帶跟豆干。但要注意量要控制好,不然常見到點太多的客人吃不完剩下一堆的囧境。請惜福。
重口味的朋友務必要拜訪電視後面的配料區:辣椒醬油、蒜末、單顆蒜頭、香油、白醋、黑醋、辣油、酸菜、辣菜脯、豆豉等等一應俱全!而且取用動線分明、乾淨衛生。
上菜速度相當值得一提,店內出餐真的飛快,有好幾次在我才剛拿好醬料碗筷後,主菜就已經擺好在桌上了。
最近吃到他的一盤小菜,乍看下只是一盤普通的黃金泡菜,細嘗一口才發現居然是用百香果汁打底的!相當爽口!而且醬汁入味,平衡感十足。
通常老板會在入口附近的小茶几上放置免費的當季水果,供顧客自取,相當大心!品質請見照片,不會因為是免費的就給不好吃的水果。
最近寒流來襲,暖心的老闆居然把水果換成了黑糖薑茶啊啊啊啊啊啊!熱熱喝,快快好!全糖實在大滿足!
