In my perspective, the atmosphere at this restaurant is warm and stylish, making it an ideal place for both friends and family gatherings. The meat quality is outstanding—fresh, tender, and bursting with flavor, especially the beef cuts which were perfectly juicy and satisfying. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, even helping us grill and suggesting the best ways to enjoy each dish. The side dishes and sauces complemented the meat beautifully, adding layers of taste. Although the prices are slightly higher, the exceptional quality and service truly make it worthwhile. What impressed me even more was the unique vibe of the restaurant. During Christmas, the place transforms into something magical with dazzling lights and festive decorations, making you feel as if you’ve stepped into a country that celebrates Christmas with full passion. It’s not only the food but also the atmosphere that draws so many people here. Because it’s incredibly popular, you’ll usually need to book at least a week in advance. 今天四個人點的是山姆大叔三人餐 $3580，去年在老井吃了極品牛小排雙人套餐，今年吃了瓦庫，覺得瓦庫更讓人驚豔！我也更喜歡瓦庫！一定要說，他家出來真的身上沒有半點油煙味！！！真的好厲害⋯上次老井出來總覺得身上還是多多少少有吸附到一些油煙味，這次瓦庫完全沒有！

二戰時期之後的日式房子進行翻修，建築物也是有意義的存在，整體環境非常舒適，隱私性也很足夠，店員換烤網的頻率也很高，我們吃一頓飯下來至少換了五次烤網 \謝謝店員！/ 店員的服務態度都非常好，從點餐到烤網更換，到後來的結帳都非常好！座位寬敞，廁所也很乾淨，吃飽結帳時收到了一張贈肉券，也有明信片可以寄回家（明信片蠻好看的！）下次用餐憑收到的明信片就可以享九折優惠啦～

▪️小菜 包含泡菜、花生以及毛豆，家人都覺得蠻好吃的！泡菜味道恰到好處，不會過鹹或太辣！泡菜包肉也超讚的哈哈哈

▪️蔬食-野菜盤&包肉生菜 野菜盤包含杏鮑菇、青椒以及蜜地瓜，蜜地瓜真的非常好吃！大家稍微加熱吃就一級棒了！！！杏鮑菇的話可以在考過牛肉的網子上烤到微焦，入口帶有牛肉香氣，超讚！真的可以試試！即便是套餐中的野菜盤，也可以感受到店家的用心！

▪️老母雞豚骨湯 個人覺得瓦庫的雞湯比較沒有記憶點～

▪️蒜香胡椒蝦飯 +$159升級 爬了很多文，感覺需要升級一下哈哈哈，飯的胡椒味很重，有一點太辣，蝦子的部分原以為是去殼蝦，但實際上只有把蝦頭去掉，殼的部分還算好入口，蝦子的數量大概有八到九隻，飯量很多可以裝十碗小碗沒有問題！一定能吃飽！至於有沒有需要升級就見仁見智，我下次可能不會加價升級～...
