Roast goose and roast pork is very good. Taste better and cheaper than HK restaurants But their recommended dishes like the sauced thick cut pork liver and the surimi egg lettuce wrap is so so only. The mustard leaf chicken soup is light and tasty. Would recommend the cod as well

台灣的飲食文化對港式食物頗受落，除了茶餐廳跟點心以外，燒臘也是其中一種最受歡迎的菜式。 這裡是以主打燒鵝的食店，除了燒臘以外，也有不同種類的熱炒供應。 肉類、海鮮、蔬菜、湯類、粥粉麵飯全部都有。 最適合一大班朋友來開開心心吃一頓。 一般熱炒店格局，四人以上的桌子也有轉盤，夾菜也比較方便。 「港式燒鵝」 叫做港式燒鵝，代表是用香港做燒臘的方式處理。 燒鵝外皮色澤對辦，顏色均勻。 每件鵝也切得工整，沒有一大一小。 燒鵝不算肥，皮下脂肪不多，但欠了一點脆度。 鵝肉夠嫩，充滿肉香味，反而醃料味不重，就連比較薄的位置，也沒有出現過鹹的情況，有一點喜出望外。 吃燒鵝沾酸梅醬也跟到足，如果還想解解油膩感，可以吃一點伴碟的醃蘿蔔和酸蕎頭。 絕對是有水準的燒鵝。 「椒鹽中卷」 在台灣吃過不同食店的椒鹽菜式，發現味道方面跟香港有分別。 港式較為乾身，而台式就較為濕潤。 雖然鋪滿紅色辣椒，但辣度只屬小辣。 台灣的中卷比較軟嫩，用爆香的蒜頭和椒鹽爆炒，再灑上大量蔥花。 如果配上冰凍的啤酒，絕對爽到升天。 「金沙苦瓜」 以往吃的金沙苦瓜也是濕潤版本，想不到這裡是乾身版本。 切到薄片的苦瓜，先用油炸到香脆，再用鹹蛋黃包著外層。 外表夠乾身，味道充滿鹹香，蓋過了苦瓜的甘苦味，怕苦的朋友也可以吃一下。 又是一款究極的下酒美食。

之前在電視上看到這家餐廳的報導，老闆和製作燒鵝的香港師傅在一個偶然的機會中認識；當初這位香港師傅在台灣開便當店，而老闆是位生意人，在吃過師傅做的燒鵝便當之後，對於這位師傅的手藝讚不絕口！覺得師傅開個便當店，真的是大才小用！於是跟這位師傅討論後，老闆決定出資開燒鵝餐廳，聘請香港師傅來擔綱餐廳燒鵝的工作，於是這家餐廳就這樣的誕生了！ 餐廳早上11點半開始營業，之前已先跟餐廳訂好了位子，所以到達餐廳後馬上就可以入座。服務小姐很親切的接待我們，並且拿了菜單給我們選菜。既然來到這裡了當然要點燒鵝來嚐嚐！另外再點兩個菜和叫了兩碗飯。 透亮的燒鵝，看了就讓人垂涎欲滴！燒鵝脆而不硬的皮，一口咬下去時，汁和鵝的油脂在口中融合，真是美味啊！就如同以前年輕時在純港式飲茶吃到的燒鴨是相同的感覺！不但皮脆之外，肉質也相當的鮮美不柴，搭配盤中的蘿蔔泡菜和煮過的花生，爽口又美味！讓人不禁一塊接一塊的吃… 其實個人覺得，來這家店就是要來品嚐香港師傅製作的燒鵝，至於其他的菜，我覺得只是做為搭配的角色而已！而今天嚐過這家的燒鵝後，覺得料理相當道地，不愧是香港師傅的好手藝！推薦大家到台中市西屯區時，可以來品嚐一下這家餐廳的招牌「燒鵝」！

When I went to dine there, it was full on the outside small tables, but they considered of serving us at those larger tables which was great.😋
