Read more2023/11/12到訪,男友媽媽吃素,指定要吃這間,用餐完畢我也覺得好吃,以下就吃到的餐點作主觀評論: 1、👍陳醋香椿脆三絲(4入)$188:非常好吃,春捲皮薄如翼再層層捲起,炸至金黃,外層酥脆,脆迪酥口感。內餡有一絲一絲的口感,有點像蘿蔔絲,沾一點胡麻醬香氣更盛。
2、泰式椒麻脆菇$280:普通,炸法不是個人喜歡的,喜歡脆皮口感,可以好好地把汁液鎖住,漢來脆菇這種炸法反而有點粉感,且沒有泰式那微酸辣帶點甜的味道,只有椒麻。
3、福菜炸兩腸粉$150:有6塊,裡面放油條,外軟內脆,外皮軟Q有彈性,香脆油條增添口感,店員建議搭配梅干,不過個人覺得加了梅干後喧賓奪主。
4、上海棠菜餃(3入)$98:放大一點點版的雪裡紅水餃,皮有點黏,不過內餡是好吃的,雪裡紅非常香,缺點是整體分量有點像塞牙縫。
5、香煎蘿蔔糕(3入)$108:外皮堅韌,中間軟綿,厚度美麗,調味吃得到淡淡的胡蘿蔔香,喜歡吃重口的要搭配醬油。
6、葡汁黃金排$240:外觀非常像炸豬排,但跟真正的豬排比香味濃郁有差距。黃金排香氣只有炸香,就是素肉拿去炸,外皮酥脆,咬下去有咖滋咖滋的聲音,素肉調味偏輕,不過有咖哩醬可以沾,但咖哩醬也不是濃郁款。
7、👍松露鮮蔬鍋貼(6入)$188:鍋貼滿大一個的,不過如果一個都要$35了還不大真的會哭。咬一口後看得到金針菇、木耳、紅蘿蔔,松露味道不明顯,微乎其微,不過整體口感外脆內濕潤,還不錯。
8、鐵觀音(強制茶資$35/人,累加):可以回沖,但對不喝茶的來說不划算~
