Great spot for brunch! I ordered the chicken masala and chips and truffle sauce, both turned out great. Firstly, the chips. You can’t really mess up chips, crispy, not overly oily, just how they should be. The truffle sauce was fine, it wasn’t disproportionally mixed where you could barely taste the truffle, or the opposite, like some of the ones I’ve had. Next, the masala. It came out piping hot (which I don’t mind) and was rich, decadent, and loaded with spice (maybe a bit much for some). Whoever is behind the menu did a wonderful job of creating simple dishes with complex flavors, quality ingredients, very well balanced, and with a focus on the details.
