Major vegetarian/vegan yum served up with super friendly customer service ☺ The concept is like Vege creek in Taipei but with a fun twist - different soup base options! Grab a basket by the entrance, load up on whatever veggies /proteins you'd like, then choose your noodle (of which there are many options!!) and check out at the register! I got some usual beloved toppings - Tangyuan , spinach, enoki mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, bean curd sheets, water vegetable (forgot the English name lol), and fried tofu skin. The servers were really friendly and recommended me to try their popular Chinese herbal broth and super Q noodles which were delicious ~ the broth is light and fragrant, not heavy like many traditional Chinese herbal soups, with a balanced blend of natural savoryness and sweetness. The noodles came separately which was a great surprise - that way they stay super Q and I mixed them with sauces from the counter ^^ and of those sauces I lived their popular creamy milk sesame sauce (vegetarian!) and ginger sauce best but all were super yummy! A great affordable veggie soup/noodle place! You pick your ingredients, veggies, fake meats (if you desire), noodles, and broth. Lots of options for different types of mushrooms, tofu/soy products and wheat gluten fake meats. Priced based on what items you add to your “shopping cart.” I don’t like that everything is individually packaged in plastic. My suggestion to them.. maybe charge by weight, or put the veggies out in reusable containers to reduce waste.

This place is the best! Delicious, cheap, all the veg are marked in English, and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that it's packed during dinner time and the place is very cramped. Because of this, it's not the best atmosphere for date night. Highly recommend the tom yum soup base. Sometimes they have mushroom balls that are super delicious but lately they haven't been available. I hope they will...
