Fine dining yesterday at Go Restaurant, which is a Michelin French Restaurant.
FOOD: My friend and I ordered a fish and a lamb. Both of them were excellent, nice decoration, crispy veggie and good sauce. In the main course, we added some oysters and scallops. Amazing delicious. Besides the main course, the set provides the day soup, a piece of bread (homemade), an appetizer which was a squid (yummy and good sauce). The butter for the bread with a really beautiful flower decoration. As a second warm meal, we both received an aged tofu risotto with a chicken leg. My friend didn’t like because it was too sweet for her and I didn’t like because risottos here in Taiwan are totally different from Italy. We also had an unique and beautiful dessert: a chocolate mousse, strawberry sauce, eatable flowers and tiny strawberries. As beverages, we had a gingerale (it has some Cinammon taste) and a glass of red wine. If you order extra pieces of breads, you will be charged extra 40 NTD.
MENU: I got surprised that this fancy Michelin restaurant does not have English Menu. And the menu offer just few things. You just need to order the meat you want and that’s it.
SERVICE: All waitress were really kind to us. They could manage the Chinese menu and explain to me in English particular things of the menu. For example the way I wanted my meat and the kind of wine.
PRICE: 3,156 NTD/ 兩位。Actually I think this price cheap due all good quality of the service, the food, the charming environment, the location and the exclusivity for being Michelin.
A plus: every month they give a different cute small gift to their clients for collection. So cute.

Read more接待人員的貼心從一開始就讓人倍感溫暖。 當我們入座時,服務生輕聲詢問是否有特別的飲食需求,並細心介紹每道菜的特色。 當得知今天是補過生日,他們不僅送上一份精緻的巧克力巴斯克蛋糕,還特意在甜點盤上寫上「生日快樂」,並點燃了一支小巧的蠟燭,微光映照在女友的笑容上,讓整個下午更加浪漫。
用餐體驗難以用言語表達,以下是些不專業評論。
前菜 燉香料黑豬梅花搭配芥末籽時蔬盤 黑豬梅花肉質嫩得像牛肉一分熟一般(這大概是我這輩子吃過最嫩的豬肉,簡直不可思議),搭配清爽的芥末籽時蔬,口感層次豐富。
湯品 慢燉蔬菜湯 以南瓜為基底,充滿濃郁的南瓜香氣與橄欖油的芬芳,風味厚實且層次多元。
熱菜 洋蔥鹽趜豆腐野菜 豆腐綿密,野菜清新,花椰菜殘留著炭烤香,洋蔥的甜味與鹽趜的香氣完美融合。
主餐 紐西蘭和羊菲力 這道紐西蘭和羊菲力外皮烤至如巧克力般深邃的棕褐色,閃耀著誘人的光澤,彷彿一層薄脆的糖衣包裹著內裡的珍寶。輕輕用叉子一壓,露出內裡粉嫩如玫瑰花瓣的肉質。肉汁緩緩滲出,散發著淡淡的炭火香氣。口感類似骰子牛,卻更為細膩多汁,且口感很均勻。令人驚喜的是,這道菲力柔軟到幾乎無需使用刀子,只需用餐具輕輕一拉,肉塊便如絲綢般分開,每一口都充滿了極致的滿足感。對於害怕羊騷味的朋友,完全不用擔心!這道和羊菲力經過精心的處理,初入口時只有濃郁的肉香與炭火氣息,直到尾韻才會隱約浮現羊獨特的香氣,輕柔而不突兀,彷彿是對味蕾的一場溫柔告別,讓人驚艷於羊肉的細緻與優雅。
燒烤伊比利豬上蓋 純粹的肉類燒烤,搭配莓果醬,甜鹹風味交織,肉質軟嫩,滋味豐富。經過精準的火候燒烤,外層微微焦香,內裡卻保持著粉嫩的色澤。一刀切下,豐盈的肉汁瞬間溢出,伴隨著濃郁的油香,彷彿在口中綻放出一場味覺的盛宴。伊比利豬獨特的堅果香氣與炭火的煙燻味交織,搭配酸甜的莓果醬,甜鹹的對比讓每一口都充滿驚喜。肉質軟嫩得幾乎入口即化,油脂的香氣在舌尖緩緩擴散,層次豐富得讓人忍不住細細品味,彷彿每一口都在訴說著食材的奢華與廚師的匠心。
甜點 咖啡草莓義式奶酪搭配煉乳蜜紅豆冰 奶酪綿密,草莓酸甜,搭配煉乳蜜紅豆冰,冰涼甜蜜。不曾想過咖啡能與紅豆結合的如此完美。

老吳西洋料理的主廚曾在東京學法國菜~ 因此菜單都會將餐點稱作「和魂的法國菜」 老吳真的是法國菜中價錢偏平易近人的了( ᵒ̴̶̷᷄௰ᵒ̴̶̷᷅ ) 而且也離勤美誠品很近 非常方便!
主菜的部分價錢大多位於800~1800之間 菜單也會隨時間做變化喔~
主餐的美國自然放牧牛 部位是肩胛肉 肉質上偏軟嫩 但仍帶些微嚼勁 吃起來也完全不乾不柴 相對菜單上另一個「澳洲犢牛」來說 比較有一般牛排的口感與風味 搭配的醬汁與調味料也不會與牛肉搶味
前菜的部分將可麗餅與鴨肉做結合 鹹甜的風味雖然獨特了些 但是口感與口味上卻是意外的不錯 鴨肉的鮮甜也一樣吃得出來!
麵包是法國圓麵包 外酥內軟 撕開來可以聞到麵包的香味 搭配奶油真的好吃到不行( -'﹃ '- ) 也可以與南瓜濃湯一起享用 濃湯算濃郁 湯整體上表現就中規中矩
熱菜的燉飯是青蔥調味的 但蔥味不會過頭 所以不愛蔥的應該不用太擔心
甜點就真的有點過於新奇(´◉ω◉`) 醬油冰淇淋的味道實在有點微妙 玉米布丁則是太軟 一用湯匙挖就快爛掉( •᷄ὤ•᷅) 所以甜點有點小失望 希望這個部分可以更換
另外店家還有招待鳳梨費南雪 個人覺得這個好吃很多 也不會太甜膩 有天然的鳳梨香氣 也吃得到微微的果肉
紅茶是選用魚池鄉的紅茶 茶味帶點蜜香的感覺 不過甜度依然剛好 也完全沒有澀味
來老吳用餐除了價格較平價以外 還是因為有入選2020米其林餐盤推薦! 用完餐的感想覺得餐點很用心 服務也不錯 不過精緻度當然與其他高價位的法國菜有差啦 但很推薦平時想吃法國菜...
