It took 45 minutes for them to deliver to us a simple pancake and a scoop of ice cream. I've made pancakes myself; they don't take anywhere near this long to prepare. The table next to me was also waiting a long time for their food. When it finally arrived I noticed they served the desserts at the same time as the main course. Who does that? So they had to rush to eat their hot food because their dessert was melting. What a joke...

The whole place has no organisation at all. Staff are running around like headless chickens with no leadership at all. I hope you like the sound of babies crying because that's the main thing you'll hear (probably crying because they are waiting to be fed also.) Even I felt like crying after waiting 45 minutes for just a simple pancake.

After we enquired what the delay was the staff informed us "Sorry, we only have 1 dessert chef and it takes a long time to get the ingredients for pancakes ready." Huh? It takes more than 40 minutes to mix milk, flour and sugar together? Get serious. It's bad enough you steal my time but now you want to take me for a fool also?

Walk right past this place and...

There's a lack of training within the staff that works here. I tried to make a reservation the day before and they said they didn't take reservations, that I could just show up. Upon showing up the next day, they asked if I had a reservation and I recounted the conversation that I had with them yesterday. The person I spoke to was just like "oh, we weren't taking reservations because it's already full today." So, instead of telling me they were booked full yesterday when I called, they said they didn't take reservations at all, so I'd still show up in person...instead of doing the right thing and told me upfront that they DO take reservations, but they were full on the day I was requesting, and suggest another day I could come. Now, I'm sitting outside the place for an hour when I could've made a reservation on another day and not wait at all. It's a simple situation that could be easily avoided had they just been honest. This place makes a great hamburger. The beef was juicy and had the right amount of fat content. The bun was good and the toppings were spot on. The great big glob of melted cheese was the crowning touch. We also tried some of the pancakes and those are amazing as well. Not sure how they get them so fluffy but it's just the right amount...
