咖啡極極極好喝！蛋糕跟檸檬塔超棒棒，果凍也是極品！每位服務人員都相當親切^^，給個7星評價也不為過。另外一樓更可購買各式各樣的咖啡豆品項，從輕焙、中焙、重焙，分成相當多種類。懂咖啡的老饕可以在歐舍咖啡找到自己喜歡的口味。而新手咖啡愛好者也不用擔心，歐舍的服務店員都是非常專業的，他們可以為我們解答各種咖啡難題。無論是各種咖啡的口感，或是那種咖啡適合直接喝、哪些咖啡適合拿鐵、哪些咖啡適合調味之類的都可以清楚的讓我們了解如何選購屬於自己的咖啡，真的很不錯！高CP值！超推薦！相信喜歡咖啡的各位一定不會感到失望。「歐舍咖啡」是從臺中大紅大紫後進軍高雄後得到極高的迴響，爾後再來到台南開了第三家分店，真是令人感到開心跟興奮。我第一次品嚐歐舍咖啡就是多年前在台中喝到的，當時的感受真是驚為天人，像是舌頭的盛宴！老闆本身就是位天才級的咖啡人士，得過世紀許多咖啡獎項。推薦大家一起來享受咖啡世界...

很常來運河邊的這間咖啡廳，裡面有很多精品咖啡可以選擇。不知道是不是大部份的人都是來採購咖啡豆的，每次來店裡內用的人都蠻少的。 一樓有精品咖啡試喝區，我都會將六種不同烘焙的豆子喝過一輪再決定要點什麼。精品咖啡基本上沒有菜單，有時咖啡師更會推薦沒有放在試喝區上的豆子。 在店內飲用精品咖啡也很實惠，熱飲大部份都是 120 一杯，冷飲或精選的會比較貴，此外還有提供一些小點心，不過備貨不多，常常沒什麼可以選。 二樓有少許座位，還有這種長得很特殊的類包廂座位。每個座位都有插座可以使用，我就經常在這裡坐上一整個下午使用電腦，還可以從大窗戶看到運河邊景觀，雖然現在應該只能看到旁邊的截流站，不過整體而言環境還是相當不錯。倒是天氣好的時候，靠窗的座位下午可能會有西曬，會比較曬一點。 在造訪過台南市區很多咖啡廳後，幾乎找不到這麼適合用電腦的地方了，很不錯，會常來！

這裡一到現場就能立刻免費試喝到6種咖啡，若有幸遇到裡頭的咖啡冠軍聊聊，一高興還會再現場沖一壺分享，這種如朋友般的服務令我受寵若驚。 現場一杯單品從100元至250元不等(端看咖啡豆品質價格)，比起外頭神農街(店名是BE開頭的店，160元起跳)或海安路(店名是成x開頭的店，210元起跳)上的單品手沖，實在是便宜許多。但品質才是重點，這家店裡有2位咖啡冠軍所品管把關，因此端出來的咖啡都有一定品質。 咖啡豆品質就更不在話下，這是間專賣咖啡豆而非餐點的咖啡店，老闆們都身為國際咖啡評審及主審，親身深入產區所選出的精品咖啡豆，不僅種類眾多，風格各異外，烘豆與配豆功夫也是一絕。我喝了台中店十幾年了，也常四處踩咖啡店，但這一家一試後就沒再換買其他家咖啡豆了，從沒想到這家店竟然出現在台南，豆子都是中央工廠出貨，品質穩定，希望以後天天喝到這家的咖啡。
