This was my dining experience at your restaurant five or six months ago, which I still find unforgettable. First, the soup was almost dry and no one refilled it, and the plates piled up on the table without anyone clearing them. Usually, I would stack the plates myself, but this time, after stacking them, no one paid attention, so I just put them all back.
Secondly, the chair was broken, and the restaurant kept seating guests without changing my seat (was it fully booked?). Even worse, the chair behind me was also broken, yet new guests were seated there. In this situation, I had to squat and eat for over an hour, resulting in sore legs the next day.
Additionally, during checkout, the server forgot to apply the 500 NT discount for regular customers, claiming it couldn't be changed once the transaction was completed and promised to adjust it next time. I thought, "What? With such a dining experience, there's no way I'd return, but I let it go since it was only 500 NT." However, the dishes took forever to come out; I finished the shrimp balls, rice, and side dishes without getting the main dishes. After waiting 20 minutes, the food finally arrived. This kind of service attitude is truly disappointing. This was my experience at table 28, with the receipt as proof.
I intended to let this matter go, but what I found most unacceptable was hearing from other staff that someone from branch 11 was spreading rumors about why I later only went to branch 14. The fact is your service was so poor that I no longer wanted to visit! Moreover, after the Sudan Red incident, I felt it wasn't worth suffering for that blood tofu hot pot.
Of course, I have pictures and evidence attached, including the receipt. You can check the surveillance yourself. There's no need to reply or ask me to fill out a survey. I've had enough. Even when I don't visit, someone still talks about me. It's truly speechless. Some senior staff are bullying new employees and new supervisors, and some service staff gossip loudly about customers in the back area, loud enough for customers to hear. It's quite absurd, especially since I was still in the store!
From the store's opening until I refused to patronize, I have eaten there no less than 250 to 285 times. Honestly, I'd rather travel a few extra kilometers to branch 14 than eat at branch 11 near my house.
I often handle things myself without bothering others, but basic quality should be maintained. Since that incident, I haven't returned to branch 11. Please stop sending canned replies asking me to fill out surveys! There's no need to contact me, but please manage your staff properly.

一直以來都很喜歡海底撈也都很信任海底撈的美甲服務,剛好有事情要到台南,可以算是奔著美甲去的 但3/15早上去貴店的體驗卻讓我頗失望
美甲師滿冷淡的,我自己的個性通常是會跟美甲師聊天,但這也沒關係,本來人的個性就不一樣,所以美甲師這樣我就想說她可能今天心情不好不要跟她聊天
因為我的本甲有點長,所以當美甲師詢問我要不要剪短時,我說好,留一點白色,但我之前的經驗是其他美甲師會剪一隻讓我確認長度,但她可能太專業講求效率了,一下就快速剪完,我看到有點變太短時其實有點錯愕
再來是選顏色,之前我在其他店的時候美甲師會上一隻讓我確認顏色,但她真的太有效率了,一下就全部塗完,想改我也不好意思講😮💨只好自認倒霉,誰叫我不是冷白皮沒辦法所有顏色都適合
最後是上top的部分,只有右手大拇指是平整的,其他都有凹凸痕跡,在甲蓋上緣跟下緣都有堆膠的情形,這個就很明顯不是我的問題了吧🫥
然後結束之後美甲師自己也沒有摸摸甲面做確認,當她在問我是否要塗指緣油跟乳液的時候,我明明就是回說:「先塗指緣油,護手霜可以等我吃完火鍋再來塗嗎?」 她說好我可以吃完火鍋再來塗護手霜 結果她說完好之後就來拉我的椅子要把我請回座? 我就想說:嗯?不是還沒塗指緣油嗎? 但美甲師可能誤會我的意思了,所以我就順著她的意思回座 這個部分之所以會提出來的原因是因為她的甘皮修剪的很好(這是發自內心的稱讚,甘皮修的很整齊)但就是因為修的太好了所以想要先塗指緣油保護,護手霜因為我還要用餐所以想說先不塗(我昨天是第一次到台南focus所以不知道廁所也有提供護手霜,如果知道的話我就不會這麼說了)
但總之,在做美甲的過程中我有看到貴店有在進行集點活動,不知道這個活動是怎麼進行,因為美甲師也沒有跟我介紹,而且貴店的美甲座位有兩個,美甲師排班表開起來有四位,表示貴店勢必滿重視這項服務,但第一次去台南focus店的體驗是這樣,即使有集點活動也吸引不了人吧⋯⋯
