A very disappointing experience. Had to agree with some of the feedbacks.

As a bar, the cocktail is quite basic and can't taste the alcohol much. Even the presentation was plain.

The food wise is a flop. Truffles fries is just salty without truffle taste (they claimed to add truffle salt, but there is no truffle taste; Something totally can skip). Sausage platter - 1 of it was so salty that we couldnt finish it; Most disappointing was the molten cake. When we cut the cake, there was no chocolate oozing out of it. How can this be called a molten cake? (They provided a chocolate sauce separately but that does not constitute to call the dessert a molten lava cake).

The service was also a meh; Drinks took long to be served, despite the place is not crowded. And we only found out they actually serve drinking nuts to customer when we were making payment. We didn't get it at all. The server totally forgotten about it. It should be a basic in your serving flow already.

Even when the cake was served, they didn't provide us with spoon for it. We waited till we almost wanted to call them before someone realised we don't have spoon. If you serve a dessert, you either already bring with you or go to take immediately. Not let the customer wait while the ice cream is melting.

Only saving grace is the environment. But with the price we paid, due to the minimal charges, we could really get a better...

There’s a new year’s menu during the luner year. We ordered two glasses of cocktails, where both of them tastes really good! The flavour of fried shrimp, oyster and squid with mojito sauce is delicious, but it is a bit greasy for me. My sister and I ordered the second glasses, and waited for around 40 minutes. It turns out the the waiter(or bartender) forgot the order. When we asked the bartender, one said one of the cocktails we ordered is sold out. After that he didn’t even say or do anything for letting us wait for 40 minutes, which is cause by human error. However, another bartender saw the situation, and buy us shots, a bit like a compensation. I’m not saying that it’s a must-do thing for bartender, but the first bartender is not good at dealing with this kind of circumstances😅would be a small drawback...

We(2 people) came here to grab a bite to eat and it was early lunch time and only one other group of 5 men were there. And before I start with the negative I must say the ambiance and the food and the service wasn’t even bad but it took the kitchen 1 hour to make our meal although there was only 5 other people in the entire restaurant. In addition the waiter first brought us part of my meal and my friends entire meal only to continue with the coffee we ordered after we had finished our food this was like half an hour wait already and then we had to wait another half an hour for the rest of my food to arrive.
