辛いもの好きにおすすめな四川系の麺店🌶 重慶小麵の小辣に挑戦。山椒と唐辛子で麻辣味、歯ごたえある緑の細切れ野菜はさやいんげんのようです、これが良い感じです。ただ、麺はちょっとボソッとした食感で好みではなかったです。麺は粄條のほうが美味しいかも知れません。他の麺にも挑戦してみたいです。 涼拌川耳が青唐辛子など唐辛子いっぱい入っていて生姜の辛みもあり麺より辛くてびっくりです。 麺類は辛いもの苦手でも不辣が選べるので大丈夫です。 メニューを見ると鶏の内蔵が入った辛い麺が多めで特徴だと思いました。内蔵好きでないので食べませんでしたが。 南区に本店がありこちらは二号店のようです、海安路から一本路地に入った道にあるため、少しだけ店の場所が分かりにくいです。 注文📄記入注文、中文のみ、先払い

座位蠻多的，人多才會開冷氣。不會附水，但冰箱有賣烏梅汁之類的飲料。 - 肥腸紅薯粉（微辣）$120 微辣真的不太辣，但真的很麻（吃到整個嘴巴都在震動），吃麵時不能用吸的，會嗆到XD 肥腸蠻大塊的，但味道有點分離，個人比較喜歡切小塊一點。 - 滷味 $120 自己夾，價錢很透明。滷汁是有點偏酸的，蠻好吃（相較之下比較清爽）適合配著麻辣的麵吃，轉換一下口味 - 紅椒腐竹 $55 腐竹一份份量就很大，味道也不錯。 - 隨便拌 $55 可以選要土豆絲或是另一種小菜（忘了XD)份量也很大，而且土豆絲沾著調味，口味比較重，適合大家分食。 之前吃過另一間分店（但停止營業了）調味有些微的不同。那間的麻辣味道更有層次，因此這次吃就沒有這麼驚艷了。不過這間的滷汁調味偏酸這點還是蠻喜歡的

食物超辣🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️ 無法大辣者不建議來!!! 小菜沒有辣度可選! 點了土豆絲～辣到爆炸🌶️ 詢問店員是否有水（想過水沖淡辣度再吃）店員說他們不管冰的、溫的都沒有任何可以喝的水，說完走去開飲料冰櫃的燈……傻眼 我有買飲料好嗎！？ 我只是想要把食物過水… 辣度不能選擇的食物應該要提前告知吧… 食物屬於超級重口味 很難評斷好不好吃～只建議無法吃大辣者不要來嘗試，因為小辣的程度也是一般店的中辣以上!!!!!

我可以接受小辣～中辣，麵的辣度我是選擇小辣。因為辣的承受度很主觀，所以我只能評論麵小辣的辣度大約是一般店的中辣以上。而實際上麵的辣度也在我的接受範圍內，我並不是不吃辣又跑到川味館的客人。

建議辣度無法調整應該註明，無論是菜單上或是黑板上完全沒看到「隨便扮」或「小菜」有辣，更何況這個辣度是遠遠比麵的小辣辣得許多的情況下，（不是微辣，基本上是中～大辣）還是建議要寫清楚吧!...
