loved this bar, so much so we came twice in a three-day stay! unique flavours (kombu, tomato, sesame) blended well, and helpful classification system to help you find what you like—which is perfect if you want to avoid the light / sweet / fizzy drinks that seem to dominate many menus. while the cocktails are delicious, Swallow thankfully avoids the pretense of many others of similar caliber🥂

this is because Mei, the owner, is not just a great bartender but also a warm host and a delight to chat with. truly made us feel like old friends and gave great tips for Tainan.

Highly overrated! I went there last month and was underwhelmed by their pre-mixed drinks and their ice cube to alcohol ratio… Over 300nt for five small swallows…(I think they’re taking their name to literally!)

95% of the drinks are pre-mixed. Also was amazed to see the bartender measuring out the amount of ice for a drink on a scale… I was sitting at the bar… Not very exciting to watch bartender pour your drink out of a bag.

No innovation, no genuine connection with customers… but if you want some nice photos with pretty drinks, it might be perfect for you.

If you want to get a real drink made by a real bartender, who’s mixing it in front of you, go to TCRC. Much much...

We loved this place to the point we started playing bingo with the menu 🤣

Most of the cocktails are great and they actually work really well together. Strong recommendations for Salty Dog and Guava.

Financier is okay but Diplomatico overpowers everything. Cherry Tomato is also nice but Tequila and Mezcal overpower everything else.

LOVED the atmosphere and the staff are REALLY nice and speak good English. They're very upfront about the cocktail flavours if you need help choosing. Menus also have English.

Price depends on how many you have I guess. A cocktail is anywhere between...
