First the good - the interior of the cafe is well designed and the service is friendly. However, do be prepared to wait if you intend to dine in since there is no dining limit and the space is rather small. 3 tables were ahead of us when we got there. Waited for 30 minutes outside the cafe with no chairs or fan when it was 35 degrees out and the queue had not moved at all within this 30 minutes. The cafe has no time limit for their customers and many people were just there with their laptops working even though they have finished their coffee, with others queuing outside the store. 台灣咖啡近年不斷在各處發光發熱，能迸出什麼新滋味，不妨透過「跑咖台北」好好體會。活動由臺灣咖啡產業策略聯盟主辦，邀集台北 9 家特色咖啡廳，用不同台灣咖啡化成調飲，帶領大家感受各種不同咖啡風味。

「跑咖台北」是臺灣咖啡產業策略聯盟，邀集台北 9 家特色咖啡廳，用不同的台灣咖啡化成調飲，希望大家參與活動，不僅感受各種不同咖啡風味，也認同台灣咖啡滋味不輸他國咖啡。

隱身在忠孝新生巷子裡的小尾巴，不仔細留意就會錯過，進去店內別有洞天，類似書報攤的深色木質裝潢，又有金屬元素的寬敞吧台，還有各種刊物、唱片擺放，環境令人感到慵懶又舒適。

小尾巴配合活動推出的咖啡特調「Tea Horizon」，如其名，是相當細膩表現咖啡與茶風味的飲品。咖啡是阿里山卓武山咖啡的蜜處理藝伎，莊園本就是台灣咖啡競賽常勝軍，店家又特別拿金萱烏龍茶葉一起沖煮，光是嗅聞就有很優雅的橙花與柑橘香。

部分純飲，特條還有用冰磚冰鎮咖啡茶液，並在最上層打上氮氣抹茶蜂蜜泡沫，隨著綠色泡沫滲透，如生機盎然地被滲透黝黑大地。淺嚐泡沫，鮮爽與微苦的濃抹茶氣息，再用少許的蜂蜜香勾勒甘甜，風味細緻。

當混合調飲後，咖啡帶來的蜜感凸顯甘甜氣息，讓草本抹茶味變得像馬鞭草、柳橙花，但不會太過熏人，回喉再度有點黃瓜清新與腰果甜香，搭配純飲交替喝，會加強花香與蜜感，可謂用喝的芬多精，飲下感覺心曠神怡。

可惜是金萱烏龍獨特的奶香，難以在整個品飲過程展現，不過仍可感覺到茶葉賦予的夜合花香氣，幽微清爽感不讓咖啡風味在口腔過於厚重。是杯令人流連忘返，不斷淺嚐，想多些時間享受。
