One of the staff punished my 5 years old son and after three minutes there was another boy did exactly the same thing and the staff didn’t say anything. When I asked the staff why he only punished my son, and he told me “I didn’t see the other boy“. (Of course he saw, I was there). When I asked to talk to the manager, the staff lied that the manger had left at 6pm, who showed up later anyhow. The store manger told me “We will always believe our staff regardless what your son said” after he heard my side of story. It was very clear that they don’t care about kids safety but just annoy the people targeted. Your company is just to make money without caring about a 5 years old feeling. Very poor service, NOT recommended! We accompanied some friends to find a gift. Finally they got the music box they wanted, but before payment they wanted to check the sound and it turned out to be very low, so they wanted to check other stocks or models, but the staff was hesitant to help and being rude. Like, they also did nothing at that time, talking to each other during working hours, not even helping to explain maybe or introduce the items to customers 🤷🏻‍♀️ It is the customer's right to check & if there is a PROBLEM with the product, I think customers are allowed to change the product before they buy the items and I don't see the need to be rude.
