I have pretty mixed feelings about this spot: the space is cute (and quiet!), the service is friendly, the drinks are good, but the sweets are pretty hit or miss: the pudding was too sweet by the time I was halfway through, while the souffle pancakes had good flavors, but were a weird mess of textures.
To clarify on the latter point: the hot pancakes we got were tough enough on the exterior that you couldn't really eat it with a spoon or fork, and so soft inside that the whole thing had trouble keeping its structural integrity. The cold pancakes, on the other hand, had a more cake-like texture and density to them (which was expected and explained), but seemed to have come out of the freezer, with the center still not fully defrosted.
Some of the flavors rotate out, while others are mainstays. Personally, I don't think I'd come back again for the hot souffle pancakes, but I did actually find the cold ones to be quite tasty: I'd just let them sit a while longer to defrost more before digging in.
Also, to clear up a point of confusion: you order up front at a separate storefront that's on the main street, where you'll be given a buzzer after ordering, and can then find the actual cafe seating towards the back, around the corner. All of this is accessible, though indoors cafe seating may be a bit tough if they're busy, in which case you can sit outside, if you don't mind higher...

Unfortunately yesterday the souffle seemed harder than last year, I prefer mine soft. The sauces are fantastic but not much provided, wish there was light cream or syrup available at the table. I got the lemon and rose souffles.
Warning each person has to buy drinks, you can't just buy a souffle which is annoying because their drinks are good but sometimes I don't want...
Read moreTruly appreciate the ambience of environment. The store is tucked away in a small alley. You have to order at order area first then go to the sitting area inside the same building. It was a little hard to find but the staff was friendly and would tell you how to make it. Soufflé was very impressive, it was quite soft and quickly melted in my mouth. It is worth to visit if you are a big fan of Soufflé. There are only two staffs so it might have to wait a while...
