河內河粉 — Restaurant in Taipei

I recently revisited this restaurant for the second time, and it was just as good as the first! This is a fairly small place with just under 20 seats, but don’t let its size fool you. The pho here is outstanding, and they have other great options on the menu as well.

In my opinion, this place has the best pho in the area. The flavors are rich, and the ingredients are always fresh. I would strongly encourage anyone to give this place a try.
