Good local Taiwanese restaurant where I found many local people had a lunch or a dinner. Most dishes were very reasonable in price, and very tasty. I thought the ingredients were not very special, but they cooked quite well to make very satisfactory dishes. By the way, the portion seemed big, so I think it is better to visit this place with your colleagues or your family so that you can share...

用餐時間人潮眾多，建議多人訂位比較安全！ 店裡沒有過多的裝潢，很簡單純樸～

上菜速度不算慢，人多會比較等一下很正常！ 這家Cp值很高，菜色多，調味火候都控制的非常棒！每一道都很有份量！

白切雞很快就售完，要的提早先跟店家說！

🌟醉雞、紅燒蹄膀、糖醋排骨 因為白切雞賣完，只好暫時吃看看醉雞～ 醉雞酒香氣偏低，肉質軟Q有彈性！ 本身雞肉就很棒，不難想像白切雞早早賣完😂

紅燒蹄膀口感柔軟，外皮略有彈性！ 這道不油膩，單吃也不覺得噁心，外皮感覺是有事先炸過，把多餘的油逼出來再滷！ 瘦肉略帶粉色，不會老柴❤️

糖醋排骨很驚豔，排骨肉炸完後不乾不硬，很多汁軟嫩～ 店家排骨肉給的算厚大塊，重點！幾乎都是肉！而不是肉少骨頭多！ 甜味比較偏少，醋味普通，整體還是不錯！

🌟海鮮芋頭湯米粉 這道大家愛不釋手，芋頭綿密，香氣逼人，鮮味十足！湯頭柔和，味道飽滿～ 米粉巴附著湯跟食材，讓人一碗喝完都會再來一碗🤤

🌟魚香茄子、筊白筍鹹蛋 魚香茄子真的是這裡面的頭飯賊！！ 裡面味道最重的一道，茄子中保有水份。

筊白筍鮮甜，鹹蛋香氣撲鼻，兩個搭配在一起更凸顯筊白筍的美味，爽口中帶著滿滿筊白筍的甜味。

🌟蔭古蚵、紅燒馬頭魚、炒鱔魚 店家這道料理讓我很喜愛，整條魚很酥脆，尾巴跟頭部等等，酥脆的像餅乾一樣～ 肉質偏細，紮實，外酥內嫩，魚尺寸不小！ 肉也有份量！ 紅燒調味溫和，大人小孩都非常合適的口味。

鱔魚脆又很有彈性，口感非常的棒！ 這道醋感比較有一點明顯，搭配著爽脆的高麗菜讓食慾大開。

蔭古蚵份量給的很足夠，滿滿的蚵仔！ 鮮味就不用多少啦～

🌟肉絲炒飯 看起來平凡無奇的料理，讓大家也很稱讚 米飯上完整的吸滿調味，不止粒粒分明，火候控制的很棒！

蛋香，肉香完全呈現出來，讓這碗炒飯味道很有層次

調味都不會太重，好吃的食物不太需要過多的醬汁是覆蓋！不過多的裝潢，給最美味的食材料理。 只能說感謝店...
