Hidden in a small ally nearby Huashan 1914 Park, the restaurant is famous for its traditional Char Sui (barbecued pork, 叉燒) Rice. This one is accompanied by a half-boiled fried egg and plenty fresh scallions on top. The soy sauce is perfectly right.

The other dish we ordered was the spicy stewed chicken. Meet was very tender, juicy and full of flavors. However, portion of the rice was very dry and hard. Both of the main dishes are accompanied by 3 side dishes.

Went there on xmas, only a special course is served, 799 for 2. Food was ok, But since we didn't make a reservation, the waiters wouldn't let us sit in the 2 empty 4people-seat table. But the rest of the seats are very low, with a box shaped table where your leg can't go in making it difficult to eat. My partner and I almost had a fight over this, had a hard time to eat and until we left the two 4-ppl tables were still empty. I'm very upset about the service... It's Xmas... And it's not cheap. I feel the service doesn't match up to the celebration...
