I went there during brunch and it was not busy at all. Actually, I was the only one there. I ordered the classic $240 ramen and an extra side of crispy fried chicken.
The food was not good. The soup base of the ramen was salty, watery, and unflavored. There weren't a lot of noodles and the noodles were also a bit soft. The bamboo shoots didn't taste fresh, while the chashu was flavorless and dry. Additionally, the side order of crispy chicken was not crispy at all and had this slightly sour taste to the meat. I was not impressed at the food at all and could not finish the meal.
While there was room to improve for the food, the service was really good. You had to order outside on the ticket machine and when I was done ordering, the waitress immediately came outside and took my order. The service was nice and friendly.
The atmosphere was pleasant as far as I could tell. However, it was a bit hard to tell since I was literally the only customer in the restaurant.

Out of all the dishes I ordered, only thing I liked is their fried tofu, so maybe their fried items (I saw they had fried chicken too) are better than the ramen.
