路過想說買個飲料 點了一杯烏龍鮮奶茶 等了大概十五分鐘 雖說一直有人陸續點餐 加上外送平台進單 但我覺得得正的出餐sop不是很好 之前在其他家店的經驗是是按號碼出單 也就是說你就算只點一杯也不會比較快 要等前一單出完才會叫下一號 在貴店看到的是不按號碼出餐 也就算了， 人手感覺也夠 但感覺只有一兩位是真的知道自己在幹嘛的 其他的都感覺在亂逛⋯跟慢慢做事 有點恍神的感覺 覺得自己有點浪費15分鐘在這裡瞎等 最後給我飲料也沒給我吸管還要我自己拿⋯ 不過飲料喝起來是正常的，好哩加在～ 建議多學學一沐日的效率，謝謝。

劣質店員惡劣行為還想檢舉隱藏？

店員服務態度惡劣，顛倒是非，找氣受可以光顧

於uber平台訂購 得正#台北光華計劃 的商品 , 有在平台上 訂單備註 需打統編 , 以及於結帳畫面最下方統編欄位 也有輸入 統編 並送出 , 收到商品後於2025/04/12 20:55 左右致電 得正#台北光華計劃 反映 , 跟第一位店員反應 得到 "你可能沒有輸入"後 ,轉交第二位店員回應 "那是你沒有輸入 , 有輸入就會直接印出 " , 已跟第二位店員說明 , 我除了備註有打也有於統編欄位輸入 , 並非沒有輸入 , 第二位店員仍然堅持是我自己沒有輸入 , 並且有說明如果要更換發票要自行前往店家更換 , 我表達疑問 "今天我於外送平台已有按照流程輸入 ,仍然收到錯誤的發票 , 我還是需要自行去現場更換發票嗎? ", 而後第二位店員就重複著 "是你沒有輸入所以沒有開到 " , 我再次說明了我都是有按照系統要求以及他提及的方式去做操作 , 還有這樣的問題是我的問題嗎? 第二位店員說"是你自己沒有輸入 , 也不是他的問題 , 你聽不懂是嘛? " , 因此我詢問她是否在質疑我說的話以及認定都是我操作錯誤導致 , 第二位店員就於電話中吼我並且掛電話 , 大約十分鐘後, 接聽到第三位店員的回電 , 打過來先了解情況以及解釋系統操作 , 於是我再次解釋 我的操作過程 以及並且表示對於剛剛對話過程十分不滿 , 第三位店員便說 是我於電話中吼以及謾罵他的員工 , 我表示是第二位店員先情緒失控並且吼客人 , 我才再次用較大的音量陳述我的操作以及詢問她是否在質疑我 ? 第三位店員也開始不滿及大聲的說 他只是在陳述事實,甚麼叫做質疑, 我只是在釣第二位店員的話, 我這樣的詢問他的員工是能回復甚麼? 只能回答是或不是 . 我回復 是就是 不是就不是 , 於對話尾段詢問第三位店員是否能提供 剛剛第二位店員及他的姓名或是相關資料方便客訴 , 他反而反過來再三確認 我的統編以及是哪一間公司的員工 , 中間還有表達說 不想跟我歡?

上述為事發經過請客服或是主管給予回覆以下問題的回覆 消費者陳述事實解釋操作過程後, 仍要被第二位店員質疑操作不正當, 並且情緒管理不當後於電話中吼罵客人 . 第三位店員回電, 並不像是要以主管或是資深員工的角度協助處理事情 , 僅是再次解釋操作方式及認定為客戶端操作不當 , 並無條件的保護自家員工 , 並沒有聽到我於電話中的對話就認定是我先吼叫謾罵員工 (我僅是解釋操作及詢問第二位店員的態度) , 而且第三位店員的而後的態度也是非常糟糕 , 我先於電話中詢問這兩位店員的姓名 表示會用於向得正 公司提出客訴 , 不方便也沒關係 ,...
