We didn’t expect the best buns but these were the best buns we’ve ever had. Highly recommend the cumin lamb (not pictured) bun. Exceptional flavors and texture. The noodles were great but for us, overshadowed by how great the bun was. We ended up ordering the pork bun (pictured) since it was so good. Along with the kind service and warm welcoming, we definitely recommend this spot for a delicious meal. There aren’t many seats in the restaurant so there may be a wait for seating.

這個禮拜吃第二次了！ 中午下課的時候剛好在查到這間，就從師大走過來吃，一開始還以為是薑黃為湯底，今天才知道是用肉醬跟咖哩為基底的湯，（不吃絞肉的話可以先當老闆說哦！老闆跟老闆娘的服務態度都好的沒話說，超級喜歡老闆親切熱心服務的態度，所以才決定評論一下，當然食物也是很好吃的，沒有雷） 米線的部份非常讚，超Q，而且如圖所示，外帶也會分開裝，非常貼心而且看起來有夠高級，有機會再來外帶看看，豬肉跟牛肉的話，我個人是覺得豬肉比較軟嫩，而牛肉比較有嚼勁，可以看個人喜好做決定，如果老闆太忙忘記問要不要加香菜跟青江菜，記得要自己跟老闆說，（選擇障礙就綜合吧，一定不會失望！） 份量的話大概是一般外面的店1.5～2倍（我豚醬至少加兩次麵，所以還可以再多吃一個捲餅，但一般人應該一碗米線就很夠了，甚至可能吃不完，今天才看到一個大姐打包，不浪費 讚讚） 捲餅的話，因為看到有人留言太硬，然後今天去點餐的時候剛好聽到老闆跟老闆娘在討論，就決定吃吃看，我只能說三個字：超級好吃，口感很豐富（今日小炒：青江菜、青椒、杏鮑菇…很多蔬菜，蔬食的）以台灣人的口味來說，我覺得沒有任何問題，我也吃不出來有什東西很硬，口感味道都很豐富，唯一要說可能100算稍微貴一點點，但是是因特色食物，也好吃，就不會覺得太貴。 肉夾饃的話，味道非常好，而且料超多（不知道可不可以選肥瘦），肉汁也很多，口味真的超級好吃，看了很多大陸影片，第一次在台灣吃到，雖然也是100起跳，但好像大部分店家都差不多，所以就也沒什麼好挑惕。 剩羊肉湯跟蘿蔔湯羹還沒有喝過，有機會再嘗試看看（因為感覺吃不飽所以一直還沒點哈哈哈） 小插曲： 老闆娘的兒子好像也有在其他地方開一家餐廳，這裡屬於小吃，有興趣的人可以問問看哈哈哈 甚至今天有人直接預定一隻燒雞，很有趣

The noodles were great but for us, overshadowed by how great the bun was. We ended up ordering the pork bun (pictured) since it was so good.

Tucked away near Shida, Xu Huai Mixian (師大店) is a hidden gem serving bold, unforgettable flavors. The mixian and broth are a perfect match, and the meat-stuffed mo (肉夾饃) bursts with juicy spice. Best of all, the owner is incredibly friendly and generous, plus, their dog HERO is the cutest pup I’ve ever met!!🐕‍🦺 A must-try for fans of hearty, authentic Chinese...
