Food:
The sashimi was extremely fresh and was served at the correct temperature. There was also an exceptional variety of sashimi from which to choose. The presentation was great. The sashimi had a perfectly seared texture and was sliced appropriately for satisfying bites. Excellent value.
The grilled squid was exquisite. The size, seasoning, and presentation was absolutely outstanding and very satisfying to the eye. The taste and flavor of the squid was perfectly balanced. It was clearly a very very fresh squid and tender, and meaty.
We had a number of other dishes including some vegetable dishes, some soups, cheese tago (super!) and some seasoned rice. All of these dishes were expertly prepared, presented, seasoned, and balanced.
Service: The service here is impeccable. The staff is clearly very trained and wonderfully professional. The staff also demonstrated a supreme level of attention to the guests'needs throughout the entirety of the dining experience. The complementary tea is flavourful.
Armosphere: The atmosphere is quaint and comfortable.

#塔塔酥炸生蠔 生蠔很鮮甜 炸衣也不會軟爛或是是不貼合 上面的塔塔醬很加分 是可以點的餐點 $240
#炸唐揚雞 有附沾醬 但是感覺少了一味 雞肉本身有醃過 炸衣不會很厚重 $200
#山葵蜂蜜炸豬肉 一入口就覺得味道很濃郁 口感很紮實 尾韻會有很衝的山葵味 但是沒什麼蜂蜜味 但個人覺得可以嘗試一次 $280
#明太子山藥 山藥烤的很香 口感也很好 搭配上明太子 只能說相輔相成 但是整體沒有特別驚艷 $180
#明太子玉子燒 口感滑嫩 充滿水分 也不會過分甜口 玉子燒的邊邊還有炙燒一下 這個可以點 $200
#清炒水蓮(小辣) 中規中矩 至少沒有把水蓮煮的爛爛的 很像快炒店可以點到的菜 味道也很像快炒店 很下飯 $180
#明太子雞肉捲 雞肉與明太子中間有夾著一片紫蘇葉 口味就很看個人 雞肉是使用雞腿肉 所以不會很柴 雞皮處理的很好 不會有在吃油的口感 個人覺得也是可以點 但紫蘇葉的部分請自行斟酌 $240
#日式炒麵(小辣) 上菜時可以看到柴魚片跳舞 很可愛 炒麵也是蠻重口的 而且很大一份 $180
#蛤蜊味噌湯 蛤蜊很鮮 很為味噌湯加分 但是就還是一句話 有點鹹 所以不愛吃中口味的人 不太建議想用喝湯來暖胃之類的 蛤蜊的數量是一人份...
