Kiyome Ramen — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

One of the best ramen i have tried in taiwan. I don't know if they have other branches, but they definitely should.

I discovered them several weeks ago, and every time they open, they always have people queuing outside, which made me curious. Finally tried and wasn't disappointed at all! They have rich broth, excellent noodle quality. The restaurant's atmosphere is comfortable, and the place is clean. 10/10.

We were lucky and didn't have to wait for a long time to go inside, but if you want to try the restaurant, expect a long queue outside.

Also, from my understanding, they have different off days every month, so keep an eye on their schedule. They usually hang it outside...

There’s this tiny but super popular Japanese raman place right below my apartment. It’s always packed with people, so it must be good. I finally got to try it myself after a long time. The food is legit and really good quality. I like their dishes a lot. But I think it’s kind of pricey, since I’ve been to a lot of other Japanese noodle places in Taipei. Still, the quality and the presentation...

連續好幾次光顧都售完 這次好不容易來了...在門口吹風等了一小時 等上菜等了快半小時...(果然跟評價上說 趕時間的不要吃 是真的...) 入場後才知道全部拉麵只剩下兩種口味... (既然幾乎沒餐點了...為何不在確認候位時告知客人?)

服務人員帶位介紹餐點 講到自己都打結不打緊... 劈哩啪啦介紹一連串之後說：『這些今天都沒有，套餐A套餐B也沒有，只剩下 這個 跟 這個 所以你們只能單點。』 (你在整我吧...賣完還介紹這麼多 帶位前先說賣完不行嗎? 我屁股都坐了... )

點餐時店員說說點餐前面請，我只看到店員聊起來了，到了POS機前等店員直接無視我走出門...，結果連前一桌客人還沒結完 他們手上還拿著錢呢...(再次傻眼 不是說這間店是日本職人精神嗎 ...? 怎麼事情都做一半...)

OK 以上這些只是個人感受 可能我想太多... 形容一下餐點

燒鹽拉麵... 真的普通 不予置評

魚介豚骨 很香 湯頭很濃 不錯， 可是湯是溫的...一點都不燙 這樣感覺很...像在喝沒溫度的咖啡 吹都不用吹直接可以吃 (這樣算是優點嗎?)

吃完之前 一個男店員靠近 直接用很生澀的表情對著我們說 ：我們有活動 ! 按讚+評論送什麼什麼卷。 (嚇死人 最基本的打擾一下 都不會說嗎? 路人問路都會說不好意思了)

總結...可能今天入座比較晚，所以服務跟餐點都不像網路上說的那麼優... 覺得還有很多進步空間，一虎、織田、葵都略勝一些 。

*賣光光完售生意很好真的很棒，可見很多人喜愛，我不會因為吃不到生氣，沒這麼奧客，但感受不佳的是：拜託 ! 賣完可以先說一下嗎，到點餐了才說只有兩個餐能點，剛好一人一個 你都幫我想好好，頭都洗一半了能不洗完嗎? 服務生靠著牆發呆這麼久 不能跟在外面吹風的客人先告知嗎? ...

給兩顆★純粹是餐點不難吃...
