This restaurant is expensive and offers absolutely no dishes for vegetarians. When I and my dining companion asked the waiter if the restaurant offered any vegetarian fare, one of the chefs was called out to tell us that the only thing that could be done for me was a dish of fried rice for NT 130, and maybe a salad. There is no excuse for this and is very disappointing.
In addition, we arrived on a cold evening (tonight) and were told to wait on a sofa in the front, near the door, which was opening and closing as people entered and exited, making the waiting area very cold.

Read more6/14午餐用餐過程一切都很完美,就毀在最後的結帳。 結帳時前面排了一位年長大姐,蔡姓結帳員因為在幫大姊結帳時,已經詢問過是否使用載具,結果在結完帳之後,又再詢問是否使用載具,被該大姊言詞糾正(內容我就不提,不帶髒字卻很打擊人心),質疑該公司的服務之道,言詞犀利讓我聽了都覺得服務業難做,該員給了小禮物想道歉,無奈大姐不賞臉回答不用了負氣離開。 等到我結帳時,該服務員唸出我的結帳金額,明顯與我的點餐不符,才發現他把該公司活動送的菜(製造愛情活動)海洋鮑貝兩分價值880元的金額加進去,看了平日午餐來現場吃的幾乎都是長者,結帳時沒注意可能就被多收這筆金額了,對於服務至上的餐廳來說,這個現象也太扯。 接下來更扯,上一位客人一模一樣的錯誤再次發生在我身上,已經刷了載具,在我付完現金之後,再次問我要不要載具?沒刷進去請我補刷我可以理解,再問一次是當之前都沒聽到嗎?一樣的錯誤連續犯,且服務的感覺像是菜鳥,不過菜鳥不會放在這個職位吧。 再接下來,詢問我是否要積點,得知了要使用APP後,我打開了我的APP,這時他說要重新結帳,等他處理。我因為懶得等了,告知不需要,他還說能回饋7X元,確定不要嗎?補登很麻煩。拜託,都來吃夏幕尼了還在乎你那些回饋嗎?該做的流程不理清楚,浪費客人的時間,還在客人面前示範連續犯錯,真的有失該品牌的水準。 對我來說,除了結帳金額錯誤之外其他都是小事,只是一串錯誤擺在一起,真的是誇張。而且還讓我有那種是不是要洗客人疏忽對帳的利益之想法,如果公司想要避免錯誤,就不要把送的菜也把金額打到帳單上面,可能是想讓可人看到價格覺得有賺到的感覺,但是一個疏忽換不回讓客人賺到的感受。 該員讓先前完美服務客人的其他員工的努力都白費了。五星扣到剩兩星。
餐點部分,附餐口味見仁見智,不多做評論,只能說有特色,麵包確實好吃,有詢問是否要續。 主餐點了牛小排與起司牛,牛小排算水準上,肉汁很足口感也維持很好,本人是大蒜愛好者,搭配蒜片很好吃,起司牛吃起來明顯牛腥味,應該是草飼牛,不喜歡這個味道的人可以跳過,起司感覺不是太搭,應該是起司愛好者才能駕馭這道菜,不是的話除了腥味應該會覺得膩。 看留言許多人推櫻花蝦炒飯,我個人是覺得中上,胃口大的人可以再續,也算有誠意,讓客人吃飽,炒飯裡除了櫻花蝦,還有蝦卵增加口感。 店家看到這則評論不需要打電話給我或...
