Had dinner today at postman (4/12) and I felt the need to write a review right away since everything was PHENOMENAL! We ordered the 2 person's meal, and every dish was cooked to perfection.
The Soup was delicious. We forgot to ask what the soup of the day was and ordered anyway. but I believe it had potatoes, cream, and a hint of blue cheese. Perfectly balanced.
For the entrée, we had the greek style seafood sauté. Amazing balance between the saltiness, acidity, and sweetness of the shrimp and squid.
As for the main dishes: -Pork Loin - Taoyuan Black pig with cilantro oil and Balsamic. It was the most tender pork that I've ever eaten full of flavor and soft; It melts in your mouth.
-Caramelized onion strichetti with chicken and cheese. Fresh pasta and perfectly cooked chicken. Delicious!
Dessert: Tiramisu. Very balanced. Strong flavor of coffee but perfect combination with the mascarpone.
Overall, we had an amazing experience there from start to finish. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere is cozy, and the food is one of the best that I've ever eaten in Taiwan.
If you are looking for a fast meal and leave quickly, this restaurant is not for you. It's perfect for those that want to stay off their phone and have a great time with the people they are with.
I noticied some complaints about the long wait for the main dish. This is perfectly normal in other continents, especially in Europe, to have a lengthy meal and is often preferred. I feel this restaurant follows this concept. It's great that there's a small break between each dish, so you can digest the previous one and get ready for the next one.
The total bill came to approximately to 2,600 NTD and I can say it's reasonably priced. I have eaten much more expensive dishes in Taiwan that the quality was not even close to that of Postman. I recommend to make a reservation 2-3 days ahead.

Yes the service staff arw attentive and friendly but I believe this restaurant is aiming high, if this is the case they need to sort this out. Clients sitting at the same table should all receive their dishes at the same time, not 10 minutes plus apart. Drinks should be served with the meals, not after the plates have been taken away having finished the food. The reason for the staggered delivery is a kitchen problem, not a waiting staff problem. Read more有電話訂位,母親節當天店家表示無訂位記錄;之後確認有訂位並且提供電話紀錄,店家才表示有疏失沒登記到訂位。結果要等一個半小時才有位置或是直接叫我們離開;店長明明在場但完全都不出聲,都叫店員處理,解決方式有待加強。
