This chirashi specialty restaurant is great value. 特選生魚海鮮丼 came with five large pieces of sashimi, one torched halibut fin, ikura, masago, small shrimp, nori, shiso, tamago, and miso soup, which meant the combinations were endless!

All the flavors were really well balanced. Truffle in the steamed eggs weren’t overpowering. Miso wasn’t too light or heavy with good amount of vegetables that felt like comforting home cooking. 原本擔心會沒有位置，因為沒有先訂位（當天訂位，可以當天下午3點以後打電話預約） 所以早早就來排隊... Lucky，趕上開門第一梯次還有位置 就先給他排下去⋯⋯ 到了營業時間（18:00），由內場人員導引入座 居酒屋，廢話，當然是要坐板前啊⋯⋯不過其他的座位也都是榻榻米就是了，還蠻有味道的 座位不多，大約20來位吧⋯⋯

點菜採用掃碼後用APP自行點菜（是優點也是缺點，稍後再說明一下） 再回到座位，其實覺得蠻可惜的是廚房跟座位區是完全分開的... 雖然好處是可以完全隔絕油煙 但卻少了那麼一點點的風味啊⋯⋯
