Jia Yan — Restaurant in Wanhua District

We reserved the room for my family (i.e. total 3 people) but finally they gave us 2 people with 2 single beds bedroom which the width of a bed is 3.5 feet. I asked for provide 1 more set of towel as we reserved for 3 people and they replied that it is a 2 people bedroom so all setup is for 2 people only and extra needs for material will be charged. Of course, I agued with the front desk staff for what we paid for 3 people but just provided a 2 people room. Finally, the staff with poor attitude said they wont control or restrict the number of people used the room even the room is only for 2 people. So, I knew that was the problem from booking agency (e.g.Ctrip/Agoda/etc.) but the hotel should also provide sufficient information to the booking agency. Anyway, the setup of their room is also weird, there are no place to hang your clothes in the bathroom that make people need to put/take the clothes outside the bathroom in naked and also the washing water will run outside the bathroom during shower which is a idiot design (please see the photo). Finally, the price is also expensive per night (i.e. $152USD) for non-holiday time (i.e. end of march). A place I visited for dinner with my parents. I didn't know the amount of food, so I ordered three main dishes and waited, and a staff member came and said it was a good idea to cancel a few dishes cause the portions were large, so I left out the black bone chicken dish. But then he came back and said he couldn't take it out because he was cooking. If that's the case, why did you talk about it?
