“如果你沒辦法坐到沙發上我們沒辦法招待你們。”
“We can’t serve you if you unable to transfer yourself to the sofa.”
This is what the waitress told us due to Hahn unable to transfer himself from the wheelchair to the sofa. We have no choice but to leave the restaurant with disappointment.
We were served to the table for 6 and we were expecting Hahn need to sit at the side. However, after settling down, put the baby on the baby chair one of the waiter came and told Hahn must transfer himself to the sofa. We explained to him that he is the spinal cord injury person who unable to stand and walk. But they insisted him to sit on the sofa and wheelchair have to keep it near to the reception area. According to the waiter, due the safety concern their trolley of the restaurant will be in and out.
So, hope our experience bring the attention to all the wheeler out there. Please be aware that this restaurant is not allow the wheeler to sit on the wheelchair for dining. Reason being, all the seats are fixed.
So wheeler, if you decide to dine-in here make sure you are able to transfer to the designated seat ya! #wheelchairaccessible...
Read moreThe food is good. Worth the price. Good quality meats except one of the waiter. I don’t know if it is his personality or he is just being rude with only foreigners !!!! The minutes we came in , he just looked at us like what r we doing here. While we were ordering food, I asked him any recommended soup beside mala spicy and he just looked away like being annoyed. During the meal time, I wanted to refill the soup in the pot, so I asked him which soup was chicken soup that I ordered. The guy just pointed his hand to the table that filled with many pots written mala and stock soup, so I was confused because there was no word Chicken ? I kindly asked him for the second if he could show me directly and he walked to me and made a big eyes and yelled the right one ! ( the one written stock soup) i felt so stupid, I have never met the rudest waiter in this world and never experienced bad service like this before. I hope the manager or the owner of the restaurant see this review and retrain the waiters to respectfully treat...
Read moreIntroduced to this hot pot restaurant by my buddy as we missed out on this during our last trip to Taipei.
We were quite annoyed to be 'greeted' by this front desk female staff (petite short & coloured hair) with a long black face as if we owe her a few millions bucks and she just let us sit there to wait without briefing us on the pricing of the buffet. Then another male staff brought us in to our table and I've to ask him how to order and what not. The lighting of our table area seems quite dim though which we don't really like.
Their meat and seafood are fresh though. But like what the others reviewed, the soup top up is self service and yet they charged a service fee!
This will be my first and last visit. Perhaps will dine at other branch instead in the...
