The attitude of the waitstaff was appalling despite being told and shown the rat, they just shrugged. Avoid as obviously the very plump rat enjoys the kitchen there. This was especially convenient for people who have only a 90-minute lunch break. The food was average but reasonably priced, and they also offered a 10% discount on weekday lunches.

This was especially convenient for people who have only a 90-minute lunch break. The food was average but reasonably priced, and they also offered a 10% discount on weekday lunches.

直接講總結：忠孝東路上的八方都比其優秀

一個百貨公司的美食商場在吃飯時間，如果周圍餐廳好幾組人馬在等，唯獨有些店門可羅雀，就代表其一定有問題！基本不是1.東西不好吃2.就是價錢不漂亮！兩者可能各有其一，有的甚至兩者兼得？大家都說小孩子才做選擇，而貴店也毫不猶豫的把1.2兩個都要了！！ 店裡人員的工作素質，我看了底下評論基本都是很爛！我也覺得有待加強。我不需要店員鞠躬哈腰，也不用像對待男女朋友那樣虛寒問暖的！但店裡有什麼優惠，正在推行什麼活動！他們也不知道！桌上擺的小本子上介紹的優惠，飲料擲骰子的點數折扣！加入line好友有什麼優惠，怎麼引導顧客操作也不知道！我問了三個，三個都說不知道要去問櫃台，然後就沒有然後了！我一個客人，第一次去店裡，光用看的都知道的比他們還清楚！每個服務員的名字都有記下來：研修生xxx！我也不一個個唱名！檢討他們沒意思，給那麼低薪水！做多少事很正常！但我很好奇店長都沒有再講這塊？對於公司舉辦活動促銷都當沒發生？也不用管該活動執行下去觸及多少人？帶來多少成效？！從入座只倒過一杯茶，就算都沒客人也不會巡場看看！也沒有介紹菜單內容，客人第一次到店消費，推薦什麼餐點，有什麼口味特色都沒講！配合百貨週年慶的套餐也沒介紹！問她有什麼推薦餐點也不知道，啊看店名先講個餃子很難嗎？入座就是把顧客丟著，讓其按鈴點餐，我詢問菜品內容還一副很不耐煩的樣子！到底職前訓練都在教些什麼？到底是店長，組長哪個店務環節沒有共識！還是都沒再教導如何做一個外場該有的基本知識、素質跟態度！不要怪低薪，怪公司制度，怪客人問題多！到底有沒有想認真在做好一件事，但凡是還有點智慧的都看得到。這樣的工作方式，沒必要請一堆人，負擔一堆風險成本再來收10%服務費！直接買台點餐販賣機就好，問題少，成本又低！又更符合現代日式餐廳風格不更好！ 餐點的部分！如開頭所言，去吃八方都比在實在，口味還多樣！大小不說，口味一般，沒有什麼突出的調味，煎起來的餃子樣子也沒比較漂亮，外觀跟八方鍋貼一樣，焦焦髒髒的！跟電視上看到的日本本店的賣相相去甚遠！ 菜色份量之少，雖然已預期不會多到哪！但卻比預期更慘….大概就是麵攤30-40價格的燙青菜的量，且基本上每道菜都是差不多的少量！ 尤其那道什麼做成紅紅的起司蝦子，確定那是日本總公司口味？我是不管做的地不地道！那道菜但凡端出去給幾個懂做菜的人吃，他們會敢拿去賣的話，這世上就也不需要廚師，更不需要餐飲了！ 炒菜嗆點油使其油亮讓賣相佳很正常！但控制不好就等於在炒好的菜上，無端又潑上一層油！看起來就很膩很不好吃！而蝦仁就是一般養殖蝦，退冰剝殼！我不管他中間怎麼儲存的！我相信一定沒有壞，外觀與口感也是沒有泡東西！但蝦仁再經過那樣的烹調方式，整個蝦仁就是很爛糊！沒有口感也沒有蝦味！就像吃一口爛爛的不知名的蛋白質一樣！不是說泡過藥水的才是好，而是餐飲本來就不是那麼健康，一切都是為了好吃，好看！就得在合理範圍內犧牲些代價！否則怎能賣到更好的價位，進而獲取利潤來延續企業。那個蝦子的口味，加上份量，真的會讓點到的顧客很生氣！好好檢討一下吧！看是要換食材還是調整烹飪方式！真的很難吃!不然台灣這麼競爭的市場...
