Museum 50 Coffee — Restaurant in Xinyi District

Nice interior, but rude service, horrible noise levels from ice being crushes in a blender right next to us on the counter and bad food. Not worth the money. Two waffle sets with drink upgrades cost 700twd and the only chocolate in the chocolate waffle set was a bit of chocolate sauce. Don't order the hot chocolate, it's cheap and disgusting. Party next to us had to wait so long for service they went and got their own menus, then shouted the orders to the waiters over the room. The café is well-located in the city center, making it easy to find. It has a nice atmosphere, and with WiFi available, it’s can be a spot to work on a laptop. The food was quite good, and they offer some recommended dishes worth trying. However, the service was just okay, not exceptional. One odd experience was that the owner started cleaning while we were still eating, even though there was still an hour left before closing, which felt a bit awkward. Also, they only accept cash or Line Pay, so keep that in mind when visiting.

Fun little retro/vintage inspired cafe. Food is tasty and modern takes, but nothing mind blowing. Primarily a combination of cafe favorites paired with salads and seasonal fruits. Coffee is par, with the emphasis being the marshmallow figures that float and make those memorable moments for the kids and Instagram. There are alot of 'retro' collectibles if you have kids.

You will have fun eating here, or you are a soulless monster.
