On my latest visit to this charming little store, I encountered some rather unexpected guests - cockroaches! Now, while most people might not be thrilled about this, I couldn't help but marvel at the resilience and adventurous spirit of these tiny explorers. They scuttled around with such purpose and determination, truly embodying the spirit of urban wildlife. While their presence was certainly a surprise, it added a unique, if somewhat unconventional, twist to my shopping experience. Hats off to these little critters for reminding us that nature finds its way, even in the most unexpected places! P.S. A friendly suggestion to the store management - perhaps a tiny 'No Bug Left Behind' program might be in order?...
Read moreI've been wanting to try this place. Called ubereats and it was delivered rather quickly. I got the grass jelly milk tea and the special grass jelly macha snow ice set. I asked if I could switch out the big carb things made out of taro and Potato and asked for more grass jelly instead. The portions look kind of small especially the milk tea with grass jelly. However, the grass jelly here is the real deal. It's more slimey than jelly than anywhere else and the taste is slightly bitter and very fragrantly herbal. It almost tastes like malt. Read moreAt this relatively cheap price point, I think what I received from my delivery order was reasonable. Yet I can't help but feel being mislead by the labeling of the product I ordered. The label clearly states that it is a rice congee but what I got instead was a soup/drink. If I have to be blunt here it tastes rather much like water than any kind of congee or soup, and furthermore there was little to no signs of any purple rice...
