Giguo Japanese Hot Pot Yilan Luna Plaza Branch — Restaurant in Yilan City

We decided to give this restaurant a try mainly because the kids were intrigued by the bear-shaped soup cube. However, it comes with a catch – every paying patron must order one hotpot along with a meat or seafood dish (a minimum spending condition).

To sweeten the deal, we were informed that during our birthday month, leaving a Google review would earn us a free plate of meat. What's more, once you've met the ordering criteria, you're entitled to unlimited complimentary beverages, from coke and ice lemon tea to lattes, ice blends, veggies, rice, noodles, and soft-serve ice cream.

The star of the meal was undoubtedly the creamy and delicious hotpot soup base, and the meat we ordered was both fresh and tender. However, it's worth noting that the quality of service from the staff varied, with only a few providing exceptional service.

今天朋友請吃生日餐，想說王品集團的服務應該不錯吧？ ！ 我們三大一小（嬰兒推車） 因為我們有嬰兒推車，所以一進門店員就幫我們把椅子拿走 騰一個推車的位子，（一顆服務是給這位店員，謝謝你）

後來店員離開 我們開始看菜單 ，因為我們不懂，也沒有人打算來介紹，所以我們就按鈴服務詢問，後來因為有人不太愛吃辣的，所以單點了 一個個人鍋原味昆布鍋 跟大家推薦的牛奶+麻辣 鴛鴦鍋。

因為我們沒吃過，所以很多東西感覺很新奇~ 能夠青菜吃到飽、甜點飲料喝到飽、飯麵吃到飽，覺得「好像」很不錯 ~ 😵‍💫

但是 也因為青菜是開放式 ，所以蔬菜有蚊蟲飛入店員也無法控管！ 我們也很幸運吃到有蟲🐛的菜 ，然後那個菜也已經煮在原味鍋內，直到蟲飄起來我們才知道！ 後來按服務鈴告知店員有蟲（這個過程因為我們也沒有要引發大爭議，所以小聲的跟店員說） 後來店員看到，把整鍋拿進去廚房，這個過程店員也沒有說要怎麼處理.... 我們就等待~ 然後過一會，一個店員拿一鍋湯的過來放著 ，準備要離開，我們問這個是什麼鍋？ 店員說：換味增湯 我們也想說 好吧！ 就換湯... 只是 .. 這個過程不跟我們說一下要換湯，也不說換什麼湯 ，讓我們完全傻眼 ... 好，換味增湯 ... 有點紅 我們以為是有加番茄 .. 孰不知 他居然是 .... 辣味的味噌湯 .... 然後原本吃原味的人吃了這鍋新的~ 瞬間傻眼 ...

菜有蟲我們可以理解 環境有果蠅飛來飛去 我們可以體諒 但是這種服務品質 都沒有告知的情況 直接更換 【非常沒禮貌】 道歉沒有就算了 、直接換一個不是原本的 也沒告知！ 這種感覺極差阿 ！！！！ 坦白說 之前去吃其他王品旗下的餐廳服務都非常好耶！ 第一次遇到貴店的教育員工方式... 離開前也只是稍微說明而已 天啊 ！ 完全是一次的店 ，不會再踏入二次 不然就是推薦去其他分店啦 超哭欸 😢 好難得的生日聚餐...
