涓豆腐 宜蘭新月店 — Restaurant in Yilan City

Spotted a queue outside this Korean restaurant at Luna Plaza and decided to give it a try—and I’m glad I did! I ordered a set lunch that came with hotpot rice, ginseng chicken soup, seafood pancake and hotplate chicken. The flavors were wonderfully authentic, offering a refreshing change after a few meals of local cuisine. The ginseng chicken soup, in particular, was both hearty and comforting, while the hotplate chicken was sizzling and flavorful.

The portion sizes were generous, and considering the quality and authenticity, the price was very reasonable. Service was friendly and quick too. Definitely a solid spot if you're craving Korean...

We visited the restaurant twice in the past two months. The first time we over ordered, and we wanted to take things togo. Unfortunately, the togo bag wasn't ours. We contacted the store, and the manager sent us bunch of coupons as a compensate, which surprised us. We decided to go back to the store two weeks later. 昨天到本店用餐 先不說服務光是餐點品質就不推 看網路上的評論都還不錯但沒想到到現場用餐先是要點餐的時候舉手都沒有人要理自顧自的聊天，再來詢問服務人員餐點內容也一並不知道 雖然看起來是新人需要再教育，但本公司明知有新進同仁上班不是更應該加派多餘的人員多加照顧現場的服務同仁嗎， 再來用餐時所有的餐點都一次送上雖然這可能是我個人與夥伴吃飯的速度太慢又或者說本公司送上的餐點本就是一次送上，但點餐的時候就已經有告知事第一次來本店用餐 不是應該多多的告知本店的每個程序嗎？ 這樣吃到後面的餐點全部都冷掉不說 吃到一半還發現螃蟹鍋巴那道餐點裡面還有頭髮 ，當下雖然服務同仁有立即做處理且招待了一份甜點 但事後完全沒有在另外做關心後續客人的反應 ，雖然有做招待以及扣掉那個有異物的餐點但整體就是差 ，吃到最後完全沒有心情再吃下去了 ，多次舉手想請服務同仁幫忙撤掉桌上的餐點並且可以上甜點也是等待許久 ，吃完的餐點還擺在桌上不收就算了還先去收別桌客人的桌面完全不理會，其他服務同仁也不會主動來幫忙收拾桌面卻在幫忙設桌？百思不得其解貴公司的服務流程， 再來要去結帳前還要自己上網查優惠活動不然他們不會主動告知喔 ，也是等到我要去結帳的時候上網查才發現原來刷中信卡有送東西...
