I'd say this is not a comprehensive review, but hear me out.
The item I had was a scent-over-taste cold 聖圖阿里歐 (Costa Rican sun dried). Strong oaky smokey barrel punch at first nosing, and acid raininess at first bud-touch, with a bright after rain complex yet very (too) subtle Mediterranean soil texture after taste at throat. Strong bourbon and brut red wine after scent in the nasal part.
But I'm giving a five star for the whole experience here, including superb atmosphere, vibe, and nickel service.
The intricacies and thoughtfulness are brimming at every corner, and the whole wall blackboard interior implementation is spot on.
Clean and comfy. Warmth that comes from the just portions of industrialness and woodiness stroke my sweet spot, after my rainy search for a good cafe in Yilan.

I have a 5 year old with milk allergy, but there are no milk alternatives such as oat or soy available. The cafe also ran out of lemon so we were unable to order the honey lemon drink which was the only non-milk based drink my child could drink.
Would have appreciated if they were a little more relaxed with their dine-in rules since their drink options...
